The dealer also quoted $500 less for the warranty on the Subaru over the phone and refused to honor the original quote from earlier the same day. Additionally, their vehicle was priced $3,100 over kbb excellent retail price and also refused to adjust price not even by one single penny. Instead, they just kept telling us they were only making $1500 profit and couldn't sell for less. Would not recommend this dealership. Full of smiling faces, but their tactics are shameful.

Brittain Gill is the nicest, most positive, helpful, and thoughtful salesperson you could hope to work with. He kept in constant contact with me during my search, even though we didn't meet in person until the day I finally went to test drive. I've never known a salesperson to thoroughly walk around a vehicle and explain its capabilities so thoroughly. He even gave my fiancé a brand new Universal Socket, just because he's a tool guy and thought it was awesome. The manager, Brian, worked hard to find me the best interest rate and payment for my level of comfort. He also gave us hats and offered to meet me in Lexington (where he lives also) on his day off to collect the title from me. Last but not least, the finance guy - David - wrapped up the entire process seamlessly and with a ton of personality, even though we were there almost an hour past closing. I would strongly recommend this entire team to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

The entire staff was outstanding. My salesman was Richard Hays, a real straight up guy. I made the deal over the phone prior to my trip, and he stuck by the deal. When I arrived the truck was ready and all the paperwork was prepared. I was out of there in a little over an hour. I am 63 years old and have purchased numerous vehicle in my life time. It does not get any better than this.

I was assured that it had been serviced for repurchase and they provided a CarFax report showing change of oil and filter, tire rotation, rear brakes replaced, and rotors resurfaced. Imagine our surprise today, less than three months after purchase and fewer than 2000 miles driven to discover the battery was dead as a door nail. It was completely corroded and needed replacement, If a dealer is going to tout a vehicle as ready for repurchase you would think that while changing the oil a technician might mention the battery needed to be checked. I'm very disappointed. Even if they had told me at time of purchase I might need a new battery I could have got one right then. Instead my wife was stuck in a grocery parking lot with a car full of groceries before someone got her started, told her about the battery and she went to Walmart for a replacement, Get it together people!!!

However, after a day, the service writer informed me that I had codes that had previously been erased by the previous dealer and charged me a $197 diagnostic fee. Neil Huffman claimed that it was bad. After a day of trying to drive the truck and almost left my kids and me stranded in 4-degree weather, I took the vehicle to another dealership. They diagnosed the issue as a bad torque converter. I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Neil Huffman. The next day, I received a call from the service writer apologizing for the oversight. He explained that the issue should have been diagnosed before leaving the dealership. However, he also explained that they should have driven the vehicle before letting it leave. How can you diagnose something without even driving the vehicle? I am fighting for at least a refund of the diagnostic fee. It's been a week of emails with no such reply. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Since purchasing in August 2024, I've discovered I'm so far underwater on this car that trading it in is impossible. Here's the full story: I drove from Louisville to Frankfort, looking for something low-cost and low-maintenance. I specifically told the dealership that I drive primarily highway miles and needed a car that would be suitable for my lifestyle. Despite knowing this--and knowing winter was coming--they sold me a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV, a vehicle notorious for poor highway performance, significant winter battery drain, extended charging times, and limited access to fast chargers in the area. They failed to warn me about any of these critical factors, even as they pushed me into the sale. When they presented the monthly payment, I told them it was too high and I was concerned about affording it. Rather than showing me a more affordable option, they pressured me into believing I'd "figure it out." The problems began almost immediately. Within 10 days of owning the car, the trunk latch mechanism failed. It took them nearly a month to fix it--not because of parts delays, but because nobody would return my calls. I spent weeks chasing them before it was finally resolved in October. Then came the next issue: the charging cord didn't work. I found this out when I tried to use it at my dad's house. I contacted the dealership, only to be told this was now my problem. When I finally got in touch with the General Manager to address the growing list of issues, his response was as dismissive as it was unprofessional: "You shouldn't have bought the car." This dealership's gross negligence, lack of accountability, and predatory sales tactics are inexcusable. They knowingly sold me a car that wasn't fit for my needs, pressured me into a payment I can barely afford, and completely abandoned me the moment the deal was done. BUYER BEWARE. If you value transparency, honesty, and basic customer service, avoid this dealership like the plague. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
