I beg you, please don't use these guys. They are the personification of sleazy used car salesmen. I have just been baited and switched the day before our sale by Nico Bay and Steven Wamble. All photos are screenshots of my conversations with the team member and his supervisor. My Ford F350 was agreed on a price of $57k for purchase. Nico reached out about three days after I posted the truck for sale. He initially offered $56,500. I ran him over the truck, all the extras, the fact that it had been hit twice while parked (and offered all the insurance documents to prove it), told him the windshield needed to be replaced, and we ultimately agreed on $57k. Nico ran a title check and ran into some issues between Capital 1 and the DMV having discrepancies on the lien information. It took about a week to get cleared up. I got a call Sun, Aug 26th from Steven Wamble who left me a voicemail where he said he was Nico's supervisor and we were good to close the deal at $57k. The following morning, Aug 27th, Nico contacted me and verbally set up the sale with the agreed upon price. An HOUR later, he reached back out and said "his supervisor" told him they couldn't do the sale, even though I have the "supervisor/partner" on record saying we could less than 24 hours before. I don't know what kind of scam they are running, but I would actually pay money not to have had to waste my time with these hacks. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear read more

It is really difficult for me to find anything wrong with my transaction with TAV. The punchline is that I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone to use. They are customer service class act, fair in their offers and operated with extreme integrity. I posted my Tundra on CL, shortly after I received an email response, well written with an office and cell phone number to call. I called, we negotiated briefly and set an appointment for the next day. Following that I received several form text messages with confirmation of my discussion with the sales guy, including financial and VIN numbers, as well as details on the appointment. Next day I received a call and text message from the inspection / transportation person to confirm timing and financial preference (I requested cash). 2 hours later, we met at the local Chase bank for the transaction. I showed up and there were 2 folks already there, waiting for me, dressed in TAV branded polos. Both of these guys were super professional and operated methodically according to the TAV process - inspected the vehicle, test drove and then we went inside the bank - filled out several standard bill of sale sand power of attorney forms and then I had the teller validate the cash. One of the guys went outside, took off my plates and put on dealer temp tags. I took photos of all of the documents that were signed and we shook hands. As we walked out one of the guys asked me if I had a toll tag, which we then removed from the truck. After that we went our separate ways, everyone seemingly very happy.
