Had my vehicle towed to this place. IT sat for 2 days with no word from the mechanic. When he was contacted all, we kept getting was he hasn't had a chance to look at it. We took everything off so that they could get to the part to replace it. It should have taken only a couple of hours. Called on the second day, received some excuse that he has not had a chance to look at it and would not be able to until Monday afternoon. That is having my vehicle for 5 days before it is even looked at. Pathetic, unreliable, and not trust worthy. I will be bringing it somewhere else. This company does not deserve my business or hard earned money. Once he looked at it almost a week later, was told other things were wrong and needed replaced. Received a call 2 days later, went to pick up the vehicle, and it magically worked fine. Brought it to another mechanic shop to hook it up to the computer, there was nothing wrong with it. Plus, he did NOT lock my doors and over 200.00 worth of things were stolen. All the owner could do was shrug his shoulders and state, well this is a shotty neighborhood. read more
