Also, I purchased the "Eyewear Protection Plan" for $45. The glasses began to have what looked liked 'water spots' on both lenses. I later learned that these spots were because the anti-glare coating was peeling off the glasses. Earlier in 2024, I had taken the glasses into the store to get them exchanged. The clerk told me that I had already exchanged the glasses once before and I couldn't exchange them again. I tried to explain that I got a replacement for my glasses because they were made incorrectly. She would not exchange my damaged glasses for a new pair. On August 2, 2024, I returned to the same store to possibly buy another set of glasses because of the spots on both lenses. Plus, I had gotten some scratches on the right lenses. However, I first, I wanted to be sure that if got anti-glare coating on the new glasses, the coating would not peel off in less than six months. None of the three personnel at the store claimed they could not see the spots on the glasses. I got frustrated and left. I refuse to purchase at a store that are liars and thieves. I will never buy another pair of glasses from Lens Crafters.

I first went here because I had just experienced an ocular migraine (which I had never had before and it was very scary) and when I called, they got me an appointment for the very next morning, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Houston was thorough in his exam and, thankfully, assured me it was just an ocular migraine and he educated me about them. My son sees Dr. J and she's great with kids and speaks to them in a way that is respectful, caring, and easy for them to understand. Also: we love the guy at the front desk, Gabriel! We visited another MyEyeDoctor location the day before our visit this location. My son was given a…read moretrial pair of lenses, but I didn't purchase additional contact lenses at the time. We were told we could use our prescription at any MyEyeDoctor or other optometrist office to purchase additional contacts. Upon arrival, this location appeared to be understaffed. The only staff we saw was trying to welcome customers, answer phones, handle office tasks, and relay messages back to the provider who was in a back room. Due to this situation, she was short in responses and seemed generally disinterested in assisted (this behavior was replicated when other customers/patients arrived). We were told we would have to pay for an office visit in order to purchase additional contact lenses. I attempted to show her the physical prescription and told the staff member my son was just seen at the St John's location 24 hours prior. She told me it didn't matter and asked if I wanted her to check with the doctor. I told her I was fine with that. She returned with the same response. In order to purchase additional lenses, we would need a new appointment to see the doctor. I reluctantly agreed, but the staff member informed me they were no longer accepting appointments because they closed in an hour. I was frustrated, but we left to go to a different company. That company had zero issues with assisting us and even gave my son a pair of trial lenses for free. I would not recommend this MyEyeDoctor location as the staff seems incompetent regarding handling prescriptions. She even told me I wouldn't be helped at other locations or businesses without having an office visit too. This location needs assistance and education.

I wore them from around Sept 11, 2024 until the weekend of Nov 9, 2024, they caused headaches and pain behind my right ear, it was actually sore to the touch. The hinges have springs on them so they fit to tight at the temple tips. I got them adjusted 3 times, I also took them somewhere else they tried to adjust them, it did not help. I gave up wearing them and put my old glasses back on. My prescription is fine, just the fit of my glasses is off. I am having to go somewhere else and get me a pair of properly fitting glasses.
