My sewer vent snapped off after part of my driveway collapsed from stormwater erosion and tree roots damage. I called around, and most plumbers just glanced at it, tossed out a big number, and did not seem particularly competent in explaining what was actually needed. Then Andres from Gator Rooter and Plumbing showed up -- totally different vibe. He came out with the camera in hand, explained what was going on, and broke down the options and process clearly. His quote made sense because it was based on a detailed inspection and assessment. Andres took care of everything -- permits, inspection, and the repair itself (house trap replacement and trenchless sewer lateral with a two-way cleanout). He and his team were very professional. The work passed inspection right away, and they re-poured the concrete neatly and left the site tidy. We had 2 backed up toilets and shower drains at 7PM. Andy arrived within 10 minutes of our call and was prepared with all state of the art equipments. Since we did not have a visible clean out access, he climbed on top of our roof and ran pressured water from the vent. All fixtures were unclogged within 5 minutes! He was professional, kind and respectfully answered all our questions. They were fast to respond, gave me a quote via yelp app. We discussed timing and were all set. Luis called me a day early saying they were nearby on another job and if I had the toilet needing to be replaced he could drop by and take care of it. Great I said and within 10-15 minutes he showed up on a huge fully stocked truck. I needed one toilet replaced in total a second re seated to the floor with a new donut gasket seal etc! They checked the pipe fittings for leaks knocked it out and took the old toilet in maybe 30 minutes on and out. Both Luis and his assistant wore booties and rubber gloves a nice touch and were careful efficient and expert. Gator Rooter and Plumbing Inc is our go-to plumbing company. A few years ago, we noticed a small puddle of water at the base of our toilet floor. We called them and they came to our rescue! They immediately replace the toilet with a new one! Just a few weeks ago, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. We called them and they came over within an hour. We took a picture of our kitchen faucets and Roberto went to Home Depot to find a new faucet replacement for the sink. He installed it, and also replaced the leaky hoses and pipes. Soto (and then Andres) came in a couple of hours to take care of a pressure regulator that started leaking in the early morning. I liked that Andres was able to quote me a price on the phone via texted photos. Many other companies insisted on coming over first which is a bit of an inconvenience when I was able to provide very clear photos. Their pricing was competitive and got the work done quickly. We called Gator on a Friday night to help with unclogging a drain line. After calling two other plumbers, Andy responded and came out at night to help. Thankfully, he also performed a video of the line after he had cleared it. As we viewed it together, i was able to see all of the roots between the house and street. Clearly it was time to replace my 63 year old clay sewer drain. Gator returned with four amazing workers that quickly and amazingly performed a trenchless sewer replacement. All of the guys worked efficiently, had the right equipment and worked well togther. Their truck and uniforms were consistent and very professional. They used the hydrojet as a temporary fix and came the following day to install a cleanout and replace the old main sewer line. Job was ~4 hrs and his team cleaned up my landscape back. 5 stars for Nestor and his team! We needed to replace two toilets, install a new shower/tub spout fixture, and fix another shower since it only had hot water and was unusable. We contacted several companies, and felt most comfortable with Gator Rooter and Plumbing. For the onsite estimate, Nestor listened to our issues, articulated the possible issues and potential fixes, and gave competitive quotes. Nestor is knowledgable, courteous, responsive; a true professional! For the day of the work, Nestor and his team taped down a paper walkway on the carpet and hardwood. They were all very courteous and professional. The shower/tub spout fixture installation required cutting a hole in the wall behind it, which revealed that one of the pipes were galvanized. They replaced it with copper, and sealed the wall back up (the wall looks pretty good afterwards, so we will hold off on painting it for now). I worked with Gator for the 1st time in 2020 for a master bath sink tap replacement. Currently I reached out to them for installing a smart water shutoff valve and leak detection device on my mainline and replacing the 50 year old galvanized pipe from the water meter to the garage with a copper pipe. It was a lot of work but did a great job. Other plumbing services quoted insane quotes for the work but Andreas and his team found a smart way to do the job without damaging any concrete surfaces in my driveway. Andy came out last year to remove a flap that was causing blockage and then snake it. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes, great experience. The issue is he wouldn't match the price I paid just last year. He quoted me a whopping $100 more just to snake. His reasoning was "No I can't, Everything is so high now... " Yes, I agree because of people like him who price gouge loyal returning customers. I guess he needed the business last year! He was very dismissive. I would've been willing to pay $25 more, but not almost a whopping double fee for a quick snake job. I will take my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates return customers. I called Gator due to a backup in washing machine drain pipe which was leaking water. They found the sewage pipe was clogged up and broken due to roots. As the pipe was very old, we decided to replace it. While they quoted an initial amount, due to the nature of the existing pipe, they could not do trenchless and had to dig up the old pipe and replace the whole thing. Also the washing machine drain pipe needed to be rerouted, which did increase the final amount. The work took 3 days to complete. The people who worked on the tasks were respectful and hardworking. They completed the work well and cleaned up after. I would recommend them. read more

Best experience and highly recommend! Our house has a main line clogging problem. Andres responded to my Yelp message within minutes. Then came over just in a few hours. They have all the right tools, snake, camera etc. and removed the roots inside the pipe very quickly, so we can have a regular life right away. Over the weekend, he was able to sent 7 people over and replaced all the pipes with minimum damage to driveway and tiles, installed several clean out as well. No only were they the first to responded, they were also one of the few that responded with a FAIR estimate. We scheduled our appointment and Soto arrived promptly and prepared. The clearing of the drain was a touch more than expected, but he worked through it and completed the work as agreed.
