This has become my go to snack at Gaucho's. This patty is available with cheese and beef or just cheese. The patty in the picture is the beef patty and I'll say it's so good. The service is quick and they give you a beeper while you wait. Once you receive your meal you also receive a side of sauce. The only thing I would chant would be to make the cup of sauce bigger. read more

I wasn't super blown away by this place. I came with some friends of mine and after looking at all the food options at this food court area, Brazilian fare sounded the best. These food court places in general are not my favorite, no matter where they are. I feel like the food is always overpriced and under-delivers. Unfortunately I thought this was the case for Gaucho's Fire. I ordered grilled beef Chimichurri fries. I thought they were not bad, but pretty underwhelming. For the price, I don't really think they were worth it. The beef wasn't punching me in the face with flavor like I expected, and the whole dish I thought was pretty carelessly assembled. As far as the service, I would say it was pretty standard. The ambiance is pretty fun and exciting, given the whole hustle and bustle of the food court scene. I think the next time I'm back here I may choose a different spot. read more

My work is currently looking for new options for food trucks. Gauchos was mentioned and it just so happened they'd be close to my home for a food truck Friday. I stopped in and loved their selections! I went with the Brazilian steak on a bed of lettuce. Portions were huge and it was so good. If I could eat the bread, I can only imagine how much better it would be. The staff were so friendly! We will definitely look to book them in the future! read more

I visited Indianapolis for the weekend. We tried Gaucho's Fire Express. It is inside a food hall with several local restaurants. Plenty of seating and we did pay for parking. The customer service was excellent and suggested to order the Ultimate Brazillian Sandwich. It was decent but could have been better. I do wish the French bread was toasted and had more gaucho sauce. The steak and sausage were cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the experience and loved where it was located. read more

Two words: beef pastel. It's amazinggggggg. I watched them fry it right in front of me so that it was warm, crispy, and fresh when they handed it over. The meat inside was perfectly seasoned and not spicy at all. It's my new favorite snack. I can't wait to try the Brazilian cheese bread, grilled steak salad, and grilled beef chimichurri next time. While I was getting my complimentary meal from Clancy's courtesy of Yelp Elite Events, my better half ordered from Gaucho's Fire. We both have been wanting to try this place since our first visit to The Garage Food Hall. The service was great. The staff was nice, explained the menu options for her and the food was served up quickly. She ordered the Chicken Fries. It looked really good and was less than $10. The basket came loaded with fries and grilled pieces of chicken smothered in cheese. She also had grilled onions added which are optional. The gaucho sauce combined with the cheese was yummy. She would take her fork, add a fry, a piece of chicken and a sliver of onion, all covered in cheese for the perfect bite. She couldn't eat all the fries, there were just too many. But she ate every piece of chicken and all of the onions. There were these bread cheese balls that she wanted to try next time. She would order them to share with friends; they looked really good. I on the other hand, have had my eye on the Brazilian Steak Sandwich from other Yelp reviewer's photos. The only negative she had was they only served soda in cans. She loves fountain drinks with lots of ice. So she had to stop by Clancy's to get her drink. She hopes they add a soda machine soon. read more

Get the Brazilian cheese bread, if only because it is so unique. It's like eating a tiny, soft pillow made of cheese-flavored bread -- a pillow that could fit in the palm of your hand. And you get five of them per order! Enough to share ... or not, because these tiny cheesy pillows are addictive. The Brazilian cheese bread was the highlight of our meal at Gaucho's Fire, which is located inside The Garage food hall at Bottleworks. We also got the Gaucho's Fries, which is a layer of fries with grilled sausage, something called gaucho sauce, provolone cheese and grilled onions on top. The sausage tasted like the andouille variety, although I could have been wrong. An order of Gaucho's Fries is huge and can be easily shared between two people. It was big, but it was a little less than impressive. My husband was convinced that he could have made something like it, or made something even better himself. Nevertheless, we ate it all. It was filling, but I would probably try something different next time. I love that you can get Brazilian fast-casual food in Indy, so I'll definitely be back to try more food from the menu. read more

Its OK. Not great. I got the Ultimate Brazilian sandwich which was a combination of steak and sausage and peppers and their special sauce. It was different and I guess that's what made it interesting. Sometimes when you try something new it wakes up your taste buds and you find yourself craving it and needing to have it again. That was not the case here. It was good...I don't regret ordering it....but I also don't think I'd get it again. The people are nice and the service was fast. read more

Visited The Garage food hall downtown in the Bottle Works area off 9th and Carrollton. There are over 20 different food vendors to choose from offering different food options from around the world housed in an attractive industrial food hall with plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat. We chose the Gaucho's Fire and their menu of Brazilian food. I selected the Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich - a French bread hoagie filled with homemade seasoned steak, chimichurri, tomato, tortilla strips, sliced sausage and grilled onions. We also split a side of fries. The sandwich was quite large and the meat was very tender and well-seasoned. All in all, it was a very satisfying meal. The decor of the food court was great - it provided a welcoming place to sit and enjoy our lunch. I can't wait to go back and try another meal from a different part of the globe. read more

Gauchos fire tasted fire Often looking for more "Spanish" based cuisine and street food options, we were pleasantly surprised with this shop. They have a food truck as well, but to order and sit down made it even better. The kabobs were perfectly seasoned and cooked, the fries were crispy and delicious, and the cheese bread was like a taste of home. Fast service, beef skewers were not bad. I ordered 1 set medium rare and another set rare, both were tender and chimmichurri sauce brighten up the flavor of the beef, though over cooked (more like medium). For $11 per set, I suppose it was not bad. Just wish they didn't overcook the orders... We always love cheese bread, and I was expecting warm and cheesy and flavorful like the Brazilian steak buffet place or those frozen one you can get from grocery stores. Was lucky enough to grab some Gaucho's at work. This food truck has some amazing smelling food. I wanted to try everything but opted for the beef chimichurri. It was amazing! The flavors are bold and spicy but in a great taste way. The meet is cooked to perfection with a little char and the fries soaked up just enough of the delicious juices to make them flavorful but not soggy. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could have tried more. I probably won't get this chance again unless I chase them down on a day off. This food truck is the bomb! All my co-workers raved about everything they got and I'm lucky enough that I have a few BFF Co-workers that I was able to try some of theirs. I highly recommend Gaucho's food truck. read more

A Brazilian place nestled within the variety of options at the garage. I've really only had brazilian a handful of times so was eager to try things here! The service was good, it looks like a family run business with all hands on deck helping out. To me, that screams that it's delicious and handmade with passion. Cheese bread- super light and airy cheese "puffs" almost with a hint of some strong cheeses- maybe something similar to a parmesan. Personally I LOVED these. Because they were so light and airy you could eat the whole batch of five and not feel like a heavy pit in your stomach as you would after eating cheesy bread from a pizza place. Pastels- I was super excited about these. You can order beef or cheese. I went with the beef option since I was getting cheese bread. Maybe that was the wrong bet. Inside there was beef, parsley and tomato that I could tell. The meat really lacked salt so it was particularly bland. A bit disappointing. I would think the cheese filled one would be better. This was our first time trying Gaucho's. The staff was friendly, and offered helpful suggestions- which is nice when you don't know much about Brazilian food! I'd highly recommend the cheese bread - it's very novelty and it tastes pretty good. The Ultimate sandwich is flavorful, but the bun can be filling. The beef skewers weren't really our style. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture. We got the Beef Skewers, Brazilian Cheese Bread & Beef Pastel. First up: the skewers were medium but we had ordered rare. I ordered rare because I was afraid they'd be over cooked but turns out they were perfect at medium. They came with fries & those fries are absolutely delicious. Best fries I've had in a very long time, they remind me of Rally's fries but better. Second: the Brazilian cheese bread are these little, delightful, puffs of cheese goodness. You get five & that's a perfect portion for the cost. But I could probably eat my weight in these little bites of perfection, I recommend getting more than one order! Last: the beef pastel was so amazingly good, I don't even know how to describe it. The flavors were an amalgamation of buttery goodness in combination with the pastry. The sauces that came with these items (chimichurri & gaucho's sauce) are not spicy at all (thank goodness) and are super flavorful. What a fantastic find this place is, I'm so fat & happy right now. First time visiting The Garage yesterday and after carefully reviewing manus at each restaurant, Gaucho's Fire was calling my name. I ordered the Brazilian Steak sandwich, small fries and Brazilian Lemonade. The steak sandwich was to die for. The bread is fluffy and delicious. The picanha was cooked perfectly. Loved the mayo & vinaigrette combo and the fresh pico on top rounded it all out. I'd pay double the price for this sandwich any day The fries tasted fresh, crispy, and didn't really need ketchup or dipping sauce. The Brazilian Lemonade was incredibly refreshing. You really need to try the food from Gaucho's Fire! We ordered two steak sandwiches, a chicken sandwich, and a steak salad for dinner. My kids and wife were all saying how much they enjoyed their food. It's packed with flavor and big portion sizes that will leave you full for days . If you're in the mood for Brazilian food but don't want to pay fogo de chao prices, come here and try their delicious food. If you love the cheese bread, you will love it here. Taste just as good and is warm and soft and the cheese isn't overwhelming. I also tried the chimichurri beef fries and they were also so good and flavorful. The only sad part was I thought it was supposed to have the grilled onions. I really want to try their steak sandwich. It looks so bomb. Will update my review when I try the sandwich. read more

This place is so good!! I've been twice- once for lunch with a friend and once with my husband. The steak fries (grilled steak chimichurri) are amazing... I thought the fries would get mushy, but they somehow don't! I asked for a side of ranch but didn't need it. My friend really liked her steak sandwich, and we also shared these popover cheese rolls like the ones at Fogo de Chao. All around win- just remember to order a bottle of water because they don't offer cups of water. Yummy! We are lucky enough to live in a neighborhood that arranges for food trucks to come by every once in a while. Today this food truck came by and I am so glad we tried it out. They were super friendly and pretty quick getting everything together. I had the steak chimichurri and my girls had the chicken fries with the gaucho sauce on the side (they were scared they wouldn't like it). My steak fries were really tasty. They had melted cheese on them and grilled onions. The fries were crispy. I just wish the fries hadn't been so greasy. This would be a great hangover meal though and the steak was so good with the chimichurri. The kids loved their fries and ended up dumping the gaucho sauce on their fries. They loved it! Of all the food truck options (love food trucks) and there are some very good ones GF is a jewel. The variety of options with ease of ordering and end product are fantastic. I ordered the Grilled Chicken and fries and expected a decent sandwich but was surprised that I received a great sandwich. Most pictures on a menu are an unfair representation of what you will get. I ordered the #17 - The grilled steak salad. It was good and tender, but it could have used a hint of additional seasoning. The salad dressing would probably be more properly described as a juicy vegetable medley. It was very good, but I would recommend asking for an additional or double serving of dressing on the side because the amount the provide is quickly absorbed by the steak. The salad was crisp. There were two large sliced tomatoes on the side. I'm not sure why they weren't diced and included in the salad, but there were there. There were also tortilla chip strips added for the extra hint of crunch. They too probably quickly absorbed the dressing. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. read more

We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. Brad Gates Catering is a preferred vendor for the IAC and came highly recommended by the staff at IAC. From the first email, to pricing, to the contract and payment options, BGC has provided an easy, stress-less and smooth process. Meggin was very responsive and proactive when working with us and our fixed budget. We didn't want to cut quality while cutting cost, and Meggin understood that and was able to put together a menu that not only meets our budgetary needs, but also our tastes. She is on the ball with all the nuances behind planning and executing a wedding reception dinner so she's been a huge help and resource when it comes to managing and making decisions around things like kids menu, buffet set-up and the like. The owner responded quickly and was able to make 50 cake pops for our party with only a week's notice. Not only did she make cake pops, but they were intricate, incredibly-themed cake pops that brought a lot of fun to our event. The party was right before Thanksgiving, so the cake pops had fun toppers that looked like turkeys, footballs, autumn leaves, etc. They were also delicious, which is sometimes hard to do when they're that beautiful too. You can now order dessert tasting platters from this business, which is definitely the next thing I want to try! Perfect to try out all of their offerings before making a decision on an upcoming gift.... or a fun thing to bring over to a friend's house for a fun night!

You can sit in the Market's indoor dining area that is located on the upper (and now lower) levels or at one of the tables in the outdoor courtyard. It was a nice day, so I decided to eat outside. The catfish and fries were decent. I cant give them the title of best that I have had, but it was good. It came with some hot sauce. If I have one suggestion, it would be to up their hot sauce game. I got two packets of a watery generic hot sauce. I would have like a more name brand sauce. It would have set the catfish off a bit more.
