I dealt with Hector directly and the very first thing I observed was his lack of communication. I was a customer of his for only three weeks before we had an issue. Long story short we ran into a problem because he wanted me to assume how he ran his buisness but as I tried to explain to him during our conversation, when you are running a buisness like this and you have a new customer you have to explain to the new customer how you operate. There is no way for me to know how you operate unless you explain things to me because I am not a mind reader. Needless to say there was a misunderstanding and when I tried to have an mature adult conversation with him about the matter at hand he got very rude and nasty with me. He told me to find another landscaper to do my yard because he did not like the fact that I had a complaint. Anyone would have a complaint if you come and do 1/3 of the work and expect a full payment. Then he told me over and over "it's not his problem" , I do not think that you should ever talk to a paying customer that way. So i would no longer be a customer of Juarez landscaping and I would not recommend him to anyone. He really has to learn how to speak to his customers in a professional manner and not argue and yell at the customer.
