Hot dog instead of sausage. Left my stomach upset.

So I wanted an egg white omelette and they would not do it. I ordered sausage in my omelette and they use hot dogs as sausage. We asked one of the servers Issac about the sausage v. Hot dog and he was rude and demeaning. There is no service you order and are given a number and foot is brought to your table. There's no follow up. We wanted hot sauce, more coffee and couldn't order second mimosas without going through a long line again. This is a good grab and go before the beach. Not a restaurant. And it is rather expensive. As they say in the law. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. You will be disappointed eating here.

I visited this café on the way to work today and ordered a croissant with only bacon on it. I know it's a weird order but I do not eat eggs. It was the only thing I got and my total was just a few cents short of $14 this place is severely overpriced. $14 for two of the thinnest strips of bacon and a croissant is insanity to me. I could've gotten the same meal, same quality, at Dunkin' Donuts for five dollars.

Loved the quaint French atmosphere of Grain de Cafe. Wonderful selection of baked goods and pastries. We decided on two muffins and the baguette with ham and Brie. We also ordered two lattes, which were perfect! The food was fresh with a balance of flavor. The only improvement could be with their service. The person at the register did not interact with us even while ordering which was off putting for our first experience here. It's definitely worth checking out and trying their food and coffee.

Very cute little establishment!! Was looking for something different from the hotel. They definitely do a lot of pastry orders so you do need to ask for a menu for their other food options. Had an omelet with tomato and bacon very delicious and very quick for how busy it was! There is indoor and outdoor seating.

This for $21.60 with no salad or fruit on the side which I've always gotten. When i asked she said no and can pay more for it.

I always order this for daughter and this time no side salad was included and when I asked was told I can pay for it. While the food is good they are wildly cheap not including that or jam is extra and not carryout plasticware. With high prices such as the $22 for this you should include this along with not offering any vegan options for family. Suggested vegan croissants and told no not tradition. Travel to France and they offer numerous vegan bakeries and options because it's compassionate to animals and for the environment we need to move in this direction. Wish they were even slightly open to change. Sorry but hard pass on this place going forward. Don't mind high prices but don't be miserly with your customer's.

I dropped in for a quick latte. Service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The latte tasted great. The pastries and menu were very appealing so I will be back to try some of them.

The experience here was fine - I will say the coffee was absolutely delicious. The place is extremely cramped, and obviously is packed on a Saturday morning - if it wasn't raining it would have been a bit better since we could sit outside. They shoved tables in next to stacks of old pillow cushions, pastry racks, etc. The girl who took our order at the register was nice - but literally everyone else was extremely rude to us. They messed up two of our orders, and then we're extremely rude about it when we just asked if they could bring us extra on the side (i.e we got an iced coffee with cream, they didn't put cream and when we asked if they could bring us some cream on the side they rolled their eyes). Otherwise, the food was just okay - I probably would have liked it better if I did takeout. I would go back for the coffee though.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch of an omelette made to order and a glass of rose. Loved the side salad with crisp lettuce and tangy dressing. Great flavors on all. Lingered awhile and savored a cappuccino and tasty pastry. The woman that seems to be the owner is charming and keeps busy; always tidying up. Her staff could step it up by smiling and checking on refills, clearing plates, esp. when it's not busy as she seems to be doing everything herself. The decor is peaceful and inviting. There was an odd incessant squeaking (fridge/dishwasher screw loose) noise that was reminiscent of nails on a chalkboard. Easily rectified by shifting seats or dining outside. Looking forward to another lunch here soon.

Very good food, excellent service. If you ever wondered what a plain ham sandwich aspires to be, try a Paris Normandy.

The croissants make you think you are in France. Almond croissants are superior. Latte, salads and baked goods are fabulous.

A quick search on Yelp, and this bakery came up as the most recommended for breakfast. We arrived very early, it was 9AM on a Sunday and they had just opened. The place is in a small strip mall and has a couple of chairs outside as well. Inside it is pretty small, but you can immediately smell only good stuff of coffee, empanadas and other baked goods. We were hungry so ordered some beef and chicken empanadas , and guava patty's and instantly we were hooked. The food is so tasteful, seems so fresh and was much more impressive than other empanadas I have tried elsewhere. I went back in and ordered several more empanadas for our trip and even wanted to ship some back home, before my daughter asked me to settle down a bit. If you are in the area, this is a must visit place. Like my daughter later said "I will go to Ft. Myers again, just to visit Silva's"

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start, which made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. They don't really have seasonal or specialty drinks, but you can add flavors to the coffee, and the coffee itself had really good flavor. The real standout though was the pistachio cake. It was honestly one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. It had the perfect amount of sweetness while still being light and fluffy. The cream in the middle was made with mascarpone and ricotta, and it was so good I could have eaten it by the spoonful. I would 100% go back just for that cake alone.

The ambiance and decor are beautiful, minimalistic, and comfortable. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The display cases that showcase the large fluffy croissants, pastries and sandwiches make your mouth water. The espresso coffee drinks have a deep rich flavor and are super creamy. There are several different types of milk you can choose from. The almond croissant was so flakey and delicious. Prices are typical for Naples, meaning not cheap, but the quality makes up for it. I was pretty disappointed considering that the croissant was over $10. Although I was expecting more at a 316 Cafe, I hope that this isn't the case if I decide to come back again.
