No ma’am, I do not. I don’t even color seal we using impregnating clear sealant for grout lines but if you’re looking for color sealant a company that specializes in that process, the owner is Josh and it is Desert tile and grout.

The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

Needless to say, with all the spills and high traffic dirt areas, my floors needed some serious TLC. Ivan came out with his son in a timely manner and tackled my floors like champions. For lack of better words.. My carpets were GROSS after living at my apartment for nearly 2 years. I gave Mark a call to schedule cleaning to be done prior to my move-out walk through. Mark did an excellent job on cleaning and sealing some very dirty grout on a house I recently moved into. (The prior owner may have never cleaned the grout, had a dog, and the grout was quite dark in some areas). He worked very hard on the job and was very professional. Had Mark/GCS out and he shampooed 5 rooms, stairs, hallway and landing. Absolutely wonderful work. my carpet hasn't looked this good in years. I was lucky to meet Mark through a friend and heard only positive things about him and his standards. I had Mark come out and do my entire house, as I have pets and sometimes they choose to mark my carpet. I let this go on for way to long, so Mark was nice enough to pre-treat all areas and do an extra special cleaning for me, since I am too old to do the carpets myself. GCS saved the day. I had hired a carpet cleaning through a groupon but they were a no show. All my furniture was moved and I really needed carpets and a couple of couches cleaned A.S.A.P. GCS were able to work me in just a couple of days later and did a great job on the couches and the carpets. I called asking about the groupon offer, he explained that it was a better deal(since I had some stains in the house) to use his standard pricing, which was a good price. I have two dogs that constantly track in mud and dirt, so my floors had definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, when my tile was originally installed, grout had overflowed onto many of the tiles, leaving a dull haze that I thought would never come off. Jeff was able to remove it, and I was honestly shocked at the difference. My floors look brand new! Who would have thought I'd be this excited about clean floors?
