We booked OMR for our recent Disney vacation and was deeply disappointed with the result. With OMR,…read morethe driver is supposed to meet you at baggage claim, assist you, and escort you to your vehicle. Our driver texted us when we arrived to let us know he was on site. We let him know we were at baggage claim and he asked us to take an elevator and come down stairs. Then he directed us to meet him outside. None of the services expressed were received. We paid $135 (plus gave the customary $25 tip) when I could have just gotten Uber Black. I emailed OMR and was told that I indeed did not receive the services that they had spoken to their driver about the expectation of the company. They did not offer any sort of refund. In a reply, I explained that I thought a fair resolution to this issue would be a partial refund. As the driver did get us to our hotel, I would not expect a full refund, but we also did not get the services we paid for so a partial refund seemed logical. After 2 weeks I finally heard back from OMR and was told I could have a $25 credit on our next booking, should we return to Orlando. I will not be utilizing this company again, as they clearly do not care about their customers, even when they admit to not providing the promised services. Really disappointing.

He kept us safe and got us where we needed but we had much great expectations as the cost was much higher than an uber. Our second tip, Disney to Port Canaveral and then third trip Port to Orlando was much, much better. They were both excellent and we enjoyed them very much. Neuma and Shipu were both excellent and we would request them again. They checked in before and even after which was so appreciated. They're 5 stars but not our first guy, he was a 2.
