I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. I walked into that reminded me of Ross. Don't get me wrong. The store was incredibly cleaned the employees very nice. However, the quality of the products they sold are pretty sub. Usually TJ Maxx is a smattering of nicer end clothes and then those license brands that fill the shelves. This store had the cheapest selection of clothing I've ever seen. In fact I'm a little bit of an overachiever in the shopping department and I've never left a TJ Maxx without buying a shirt or something else I was able to walk out of this store Sans any purchases Not sure what's up with this store, but they don't carry or don't appear to carry the normal collection of clothing items that most of the other TJ Maxx is manages.
