As for prices, it felt like an early 2000's goodwill. Every time we saw something remotely interesting I assumed it would be 2-5x more expensive than it actually was. What do you mean this leather jacket is only $15??? I got a factory sealed PlayStation 2 game for my collection for only $5. It's worth $25 when factory sealed. This is one of the cheapest thrift stores I've ever visited, with high quality products, and friendly staff. I will absolutely be back, even though it's a 30 minute drive from me.

I walked into that reminded me of Ross. Don't get me wrong. The store was incredibly cleaned the employees very nice. However, the quality of the products they sold are pretty sub. Usually TJ Maxx is a smattering of nicer end clothes and then those license brands that fill the shelves. This store had the cheapest selection of clothing I've ever seen. On our visit yesterday while looking at the fall clothing line-up I often remarked "Well this is a wear it once and then donate to Goodwill piece". The store ambience feels and the products on display reek of corporate slickness. Nothing has a home made by humans feel. I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. When I asked if I would have any issues returning the item without a tag Bianca said I could only return them to this particular store. And even then she couldn't guarantee I wouldn't have any issues with the return just in case the slides did not fit my son. If they can't even answer basic questions about their return policy, that's a big red flag. I asked her if she was ok, because of her off putting demeanor she responded yes. They have big ugly black fans all around the store but they do very little to actually cool the place down. These poor women are running around in these horrible and UNLAWFUL conditions. Someone could fall seriously ill or worse, all for a lack of urgency or care towards a very fixable problem! I was in the fitting room for all of five minutes today and was sweating profusely afterwards so I can only imagine how these women feel. I was only in the store about 10 minutes, found an outfit I liked, and went to check out. The woman at the register -- an older, heavyset Hispanic woman -- stared at me the entire time, up and down, like she was uncomfortable with me even being there. When I got to the counter, she said "Oh, you found something?" in a tone that felt very disrespectful, almost like she didn't expect me to buy anything or didn't think I could. The entire interaction felt judgmental and unnecessary. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store before. If you're not from their usual crowd or you don't "look" how they expect, don't bother coming here. They really need to work on their customer service and stop making people feel out of place.
