The nail tech and owner were very kind and welcoming. They didn't talk too much, but ensured I was well taken care of. My nail tech was meticulous and I love the results. I got a gel mani-pedi and thought the prices were more than fair.

    About 4-5 days later.

For the price it isn't bad. $30 for mani-pedi. You can upgrade your pedicure in increments of $5 ... it isn't really clear if the increments are worth the extra $5. I upgraded mine to gel nails and that was an extra $10. The salon is pretty clean. The pedicure chairs are all massage chairs. They put a plastic bag around the tub for the feet and then clean the tub for each client. The service is spot on. They let my fiancée sit in the massage chairs next to me while he waited. If you're in a rush, they'll have two people work on you, one for the manicure and the other for the pedicure. Cons: they don't have fans for the feet. So if you're getting a pedicure be sure to wear flip flops. I didn't, so I had to wear the temporary flip flops they give out. If I look closely at my nails, I have a few bubbles in my gel nails and a tiny chip in a nail just a few days later. The edges of the polish aren't perfect and they could have done a better job with my cuticles. Again, you'd have to be staring at the nails to notice.

Well.. the employees are super nice! The main issue is their acrylics are really good. There was a time i went to get a new set. I still had some nails left on but instead of removing all nails to give me a new set, she just put nails on the missing ones. When i pointed it out to her she said "I know." When she got done I had very uneven nails( some short some long). She then charged me $70. I also went this past weekend to get acrylics again. A few days after the nails fell smooth off. I was charged $65.

Came in town from LA and really needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I hate to cheat on my guy in LA because he is fire, but co-vid happened. Any who, my friend found this place. It was great! Pedicure cute and acrylics on point!!! Paid $60 for basic pedi and full set acrylics. Shape is great! Not bulky and not too thin. Excited to flex at the wedding ‍

Absolutely loved this place! There was no wait and super nice. I came for prom and it was a gel manicure and regular pedicure for 45! Would definitely recommend

I got a mani and pedi here for the first time...my pedi was great, but the guy that did my nails had no idea what he was doing. He didn't know the difference between an American and French polish. A few days after my mani, the skin above my nails began to peel off. Keep in mind, my nails were perfectly fine before I visited them

AMAZING SERVICE!It's so affordable too! I always come here & Im never disappointed. Everyone that works here is super nice. I'm obsessed & I'll never go anywhere else!Thank you!

Went in at 3/20/26 and was very disappointed…read more First things first - the light in the rooms is way brighter than in the normal massage places. It does not feel like a very low, dimly lit room, you can close your eyes and relax. After a while, you can definitely feel it in your eyes, especially when they turn you over. Second, the massage lady kept taking calls and getting appointments set up - TWICE. While making a first call, she just used one hand to massage my neck and the second time she actually walked out of the room to take a call and talk to another masseuse. She did apologize and gave me an extra 10 minutes, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Third, the technique was questionable. By all means, I am not a licensed in any of the massage techniques, but im sure stepping on someone's spine directly is a safe technique for relaxation. The room that I was shown had one of those bars on top of the bed so you can do thai-massage like technique where they step on the back to relieve pressure. Not only did this lady put her whole bodyweight on top of me (and im 6 foot 250 lbs guy, I can handle weight), but she was definitely stepping on my spine area, making the whole experience really nervous and unsettling. The thing about stepping on my back is that she really did not ask me if it is okay for her to step on my back. Luckily, I'm not one of those people who have medical conditions or rods in my spine or anything like that. But imagine if I were - this could have gone really bad. I feel like the price is fair but unfortunately, I don't see myself returning to this place.

The massage parlor was amazing with greet staff. Super friendly! I would visit this establishment…read moreagain whenever I'm in the area.

I had severe redness and burning of my face along with intense shivering, chills and low grade fever when admitted to the ER. I was 3 weeks post treatment and I had large, firm nodules on both sides of my jaws with significant bruising to left side and moderate to mild on right side. I looked like a chipmunk storing food in my cheeks. I couldn't believe what I was going through. It was the worst and I wish I had never had my filler treatment done. I've regretted it completely. I couldn't believe I had a treatment done 10 years prior with barely a bruise and very mild swelling. It was a walk in the park compared to this. My experience was repeatedly dismissed by Jaime and the office manager, Stacey as a late onset inflammatory reaction. They could not understand that my body was rejecting the filler despite my trip to the ER. They still couldn't understand it continued to happen after a round of steroids and H1/H2 antihistamines. I was having to start additional steroids and continue the H1/H2 antihistamines due to my symptoms returning. My upper arms and legs were hot and felt like they were burning along with my torso. I had to pack myself in ice to be comfortable. I was completely miserable and no one at Vitality Med Spa cared what I was experiencing after a treatment they performed. I was told I could have my filler reversed but it would be 18 more days before they could "get to me". They also informed me that when they could see me it wasn't an emergency or considered an allergic response or in their eyes even necessary so I would have to pay $300 per each vial needed to reverse my filler. Forget already paying over $2000+ for my treatments that day. Now I'm on the hook for more expenses to reverse a treatment that went awry. I was told the office manager would reach out to me but that never happened. I even asked if a specific Dr on staff could see me for the reversal sooner since Jaime couldn't but I was told he no longer worked there. I even went into the spa to have the bruises broken down with an IPL to quicken their recovery process. I hoped to see Jaime one of those days to inspect the larger nodule in my left jaw since it was still large and firm. I wasn't sure if it was something to be more concerned with like an infection as it was still swollen and warm to touch. However, when I came out of the laser tx room, I could hear Jaime talking to another staff member and refused to see me for an evaluation because she was "too busy" as she stayed hiding in a supply closet until I left the spa. I was shocked that she couldn't care less about what I was going through. I've never felt this way about Vitality in all my years I've had services done. Never thought as big as they are, with all the awards they have and as long as they have been around..they would ignore the well being of a client that was going through a situation merely due to a service/treatment that occurred under their roof. That's like having surgery and subsequently having an infection or some other medical issue and the Dr saying they did the surgery but the patient having an infection/other issue...that's on the patient and the patient has to figure it out without the Dr's help. Sorry Vitality Med Spa, you have to expect some bad with the good...not every procedure is always going to go as planned! Unfortunately, I know firsthand!!!

I got a phone call the morning of the appointment saying the person I booked with doesn't do injectables. The platform should not have had someone come up that doesn't do the service I requested. I am a teacher and cannot come just any day, so booking over Spring Break was perfect. Now, there is nothing available and I am stuck with product I can't use because I will need to go somewhere else.
