The pedicure chairs were stained, and the gel lamps looked like they hadn't been wiped in a while. They also don't use name-brand products. The pedicure itself was decent, though they didn't remove all the dry skin. I had my dip nails soaked off, and my nails and skin felt rough afterward. The process took quite a while because they don't do hands and feet at the same time. I ended up just getting a regular manicure instead of dip because of the time.
