The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I had to remove several areas to even stay somewhat close to my budget but I had to get this done because I was hosting a large party that weekend. It took the guy over 4 hours and when he left my tile was no better than before he was there. I complained and it took over 2 weeks to hear back from someone who rescheduled for a new technician to come out and redo my tile. He let me know that the first guy was afraid to use the proper pressure on my grout and he didn't even ask me about testing an area, just basically mopped my floor and left. When they scheduled the guy to come back, he didn't do all the original areas so now I am left with several rooms with dirtier grout than others. I have reached out numerous times to discuss this bait and switch type of business model with a manager and I keep being told that someone will call me but it's been a month now since the original service and nothing!!
