Even the friend that recommended this place to me said they scammed me with that price and even she was surprised and embarrassed about it too. Not only did they not fix the initial issue, they also gave back the bracelet with black smudges on it. I definitely don't think I'll be going back as much as I liked this bracelet. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process.
