Shota was awesome. The hinge on my French door is loose, so the door scrapes. I looked into getting it fixed, but everyone I reached out to said they couldn't repair the door and wanted to replace the door. So I put out a new request to a number of places for quotes on replacing the door. Shota responded with good questions about the door and made an appointment to come out. When he came, he realized that this is a warranty case for Milgard, called them and got confirmation that they would replace it for free. Shota and his team were great to work with. I approached Shota because I struggle with the noise level outside my home. I had discussed this with other window professionals, and they had good options, but I felt steered toward products that weren't a direct hit. They required retrofitting which means losing glass area, they were more expensive, and they required HOA approval. I believe they steered me away from the originally installed brand because they didn't know if a sound solution was offered. Shota listened carefully to my needs, he had conversations back and forth with the factory that installed the original windows, and he worked out a laminate window solution that looks the same as the previous window but has way less sound transfer. They also cost less than the retrofitted window options. Another thing is Shota and his installer were ready to go as soon as shelter-in-place restrictions were lifted. They installed this morning--the first day they were permitted to do so. This was a very positive business transaction for me. read more

Great service. The entire project was very efficient without any hiccups. Du Wayne and Shota were very professional and knew exactly on how to execute the project. I had to replace 3 windows in my house, Du Wayne provided a very reasonable quote on the project and Shota came and did the measurements. After 2-3 weeks the windows were customized to size and ready for installation. The installation crew came in, removed the existing windows and installed the new ones on all 3 windows within 3 hours.
