    Almost gone beer!

Are you kidding! Great beer, cocktail & wine selection. Also food trucks! Thai, Asian Fusion, Burgers, & Mexican. Very "Chill!!" Atmosphere!!

General Duffys Waterhole is a great place to quench your craving thirst after a hike on the local trails near Redmond. Hiking in a heat wave even though along the river, ready for something cold to soothe the throat on fire! There's AC inside. Big tap list! That's gonna put out my fire! Yes, Tumalo huckleberry lemon cider was cold and refreshing. My wife liked SunRiver Lofi Dreams IPA. Roll up doors for catching a breeze during mild days or nights and while sipping or slurping fav microbrews or cider - hanging out! They are half dozen food trucks parked around the perimeter. We tried Nonna's Cocina Italian which which was awesome. We loved the spinach and cheese ravioli with balsamic vinegar dressed salad. General Duffy was there - hanging out too - albeit a perfect 12 point Elk buck - General Duffy racked on the wall. A really good casual spot with lots of frothy drinks for the thirsty and grub on a variety of food trucks for the hungry to fill the Grub Tub!

Vip view while the band is playing. Huge let down and waste of money.
    Kristen M.

Worst concert experience ever, we bought VIP passes to Clay Walker which by the way is happening right now but we left a half hour before he even came on. There were not enough chairs for anyone and we sat on a windowsill for 2 hours. With a view of nothing. I have no idea how many people were even in the opening act band because we looked at nothing. If we tried to stand in the other area we blocked the view from other guests who vocally told us to move. They brought out extra chairs and when we asked if we could have 2 we were told they were gone and that we have to understand there were 1300 people at the show. What was the point of paying for vip??? Save your money because this is the vip view.

Way over priced for what you get. The staff is snarky and rude. Not much else to say. Might work in a bigger city like Portland

The Annex needs to lower their lights and put out a more chill vibe. The bright lights and pure white walls are jarring.

Much better places in town with better vibes, better beer selections and better prices. Kind of a trashy hang out.

It sits in an old storefront on what feels like a once-vibrant main street. The cozy colorful lights are welcoming. They have a larger outdoor seating area, but on the freezing cold night I visited, I opted for a seat at the small bar. There were large boisterous parties nearby, it was clearly a popular spot. The beer selection is large, with various serving sizes. Flights of 4 are only $8 here. They also had a number of bottled and can selections, even some from other breweries. The bartender was very welcoming and friendly, as were other patrons so it ended up being a fun evening of beer and fun talk. If you're a beer fan, this is a must stop in Redmond. There are also other excellent breweries within walking distance.

I wrong, that first visit was Strike One! At our second visit we found what we thought was a nice table and ordered some drinks at the bar. My drink did not taste right. I took it back and told the bartender what I had ordered. She quickly prepared the correct drink. It was good. Not long after that the wind came up. We were all getting cold and agreed that we were not enjoying the experience. We left. Strike Two! The third time we came prepared for the cold and found a table that we thought was protected from the wind. We ordered drinks and food, from the food trucks, and settled in for a pleasant evening with friends. Soon the wind started blowing dust and dirt around us. We tossed nearly half of the food in the trash because it was too dirty to eat. Strike Three! Sorry Food Truck People, what we were able to eat was good; but, we will not be returning to Blacksmith Public House.

We had a sampler of beer and both decided that Thorns and Udders stout was the best and had a glass of that. Wish this beer wasn't a seasonal and local thing, would love to be able to get it year round and local to us. Cauliflower was good but not as impressionable as when we had it a few years ago in Sunriver. They have a patio that is really nice that dogs can go to and it has a nice fireplace out there. They also have a kid area inside for younger kids to play while parents are socializing, this did make it a little louder but it was all good still. The service is decent, but it is counter order, they will bring food to your table.
