I just found out about Duffy's last week. I sing karaoke and they have that too on Friday nights at 9:00. Lots of space/seating inside and outside. Good food and service inside and they have food trucks on-site between the two bars, and you can bring your food inside too. I had chicken wings and ice cold beer before singing. It's a great place to eat, drink, party, chill, and of course sing karaoke! Everyone there is very nice. Parking can be a little congested but that's to be expected since it's such a popular place. Pretty cool place to watch a show. Drink some beers and chow down on some good food cart grub. Seems like all you need to do is tap and pay here. They make it really easy. The beer prices are good too at only $6.00 a beer. Wine is $8.00. The bbq food cart had some really good ribs but that was only because I saw a guy eating some. They were sold out when I asked him for some ribs. I got the half chicken and it was only a thigh. I don't see how they can call that a half chicken tho. It's was just ok. There are many options for beer and even a few ciders. The place was clean and people were hanging out playing cards or games at the tables enjoying their time together. There are 2 locations and in the middle area are some really good food trucks. There is outside seating with fire-pits which were nice as it was a cold evening. I had the tri-tip, Philly cheesesteak from That Guys Bistro. It was excellent, meat cooked perfectly tender and plenty of onions peppers. Apparently they have concerts and events through the warmer season. When I visit hear again will definitely stop in and hang out! read more

General Duffys Waterhole is a great place to quench your craving thirst after a hike on the local trails near Redmond. Hiking in a heat wave even though along the river, ready for something cold to soothe the throat on fire! There's AC inside. Big tap list! That's gonna put out my fire! Yes, Tumalo huckleberry lemon cider was cold and refreshing. My wife liked SunRiver Lofi Dreams IPA. Roll up doors for catching a breeze during mild days or nights and while sipping or slurping fav microbrews or cider - hanging out! They are half dozen food trucks parked around the perimeter. We tried Nonna's Cocina Italian which which was awesome. We loved the spinach and cheese ravioli with balsamic vinegar dressed salad. General Duffy was there - hanging out too - albeit a perfect 12 point Elk buck - General Duffy racked on the wall. A really good casual spot with lots of frothy drinks for the thirsty and grub on a variety of food trucks for the hungry to fill the Grub Tub! read more

Trying to give constructive criticism. Stopped in at the Annex when it first opened. Food was not good. Thought we would try it again today, June 16th 2024 for Brunch. You eat with your eyes first. I would recommend that you work on presentation. Opening the lid on the warmers for the various foods they were visually unappealing. Everything looked dried/crusted out on the top, and when you broke through it, things were all mushed looking together, the chicken fried steak was like a stew, no discernible cuts of steak. Biscuits were Hard, Gravy had little to no flavor. I tried a little bit of everything, and the Texture on most of it had a "Gummy" consistency. The brisket dish also had little flavor other than the cheese on top. The omelette station was good. Did not try the desert and again the big bowls of "desert" were not appealing looking. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff attentive and friendly. But that being said, please work on the taste and presentation. Do not be afraid of seasoning.... Would love to support the Annex as much as we do General Duffy's We love going to General Duffy's and think it's a great venue. read more

This review is for General Duffy's Annex. Ever since I found out about Monday wing night, I have been coordinating getting my work collogues out for a bite after work. The first time was great as I recall. It was just me and one co-worker and we placed just one order of wings for the both of us. Second time, it was me and a different co-worker. The bartender/server was brand new. The order came out a little wonky but no big deal. We just figured it was because he was new. Third time, myself and three other co-workers. We have scheduled this to be a regular outing and people are excited. Third time was not a charm. We had trouble getting the correct orders and it took forever. There were maybe a couple other tables of people there so I can't understand why it takes so long to execute a chicken wing. I've worked in the restaurant business as well as made wings at home. They are one of the fastest and easiest items to execute. That is why so many bars have them on the menu! Okay, we chalked it up to someone having a bad day. Next time, fourth time. Myself and a co-worker show up and order a beer and wings separately. I order 10 wings (2 different flavors) and a beer. What I get handed is a massive mug of beer. Not your typical pint glass that I have gotten there and at every tap room I have ever visited. I was a little shocked, but thought maybe they were out of pint glasses? I didn't say anything. I gave her my card and left the tab open. My co-worker orders a beer and wings and another co-worker shows up. He tells me that the beer I just got cost $10 and that it is the new "thing" they are doing. They won't ask you what size, they just automatically give you the most expensive beer. Hmmm. Okay. Well, it might get warm but I try to see the bright side. At least I won't have to get up for a second beer. At this point we have four people at our table. There was one other table of people who looked to be the bartender/servers family and her kids? There were two young kids running around the bar screaming and doing kid things. Whatever. Then two scruffy looking guys come in and what appears to be a mother and her adult son. They order and sit down. Okay, so now there are four tables, three of them eating, including us. The first order comes out and goes to the person who ordered third. What? The person who ordered second then got hers. The first order that came out was wrong. He didn't get the kind he ordered. So she put in an order to correct it. Then another order comes out for the correct wings and I get my food. After we sit and chat, I decide to order 5 more wings. Still only four tables of people in the bar. 20 minutes later, everyone (even people who ordered after me) are getting their orders and I need to leave. So I go to the register to pay and ask for my wings to go. I tell the server I need to leave and mention to her that the last couple of times we were in the wings came out super slow and most of the time were wrong. She said that they, bake them first, then deep fry them and so it takes a while. Weird. I have never cooked a chicken wing twice, but okay. Then she said that literally just before we came in they had just sold 100 wings and they do run out. At that moment, Tanner comes out with wings in hand. I knew who he was and said, "oh, you are probably the person I should talk to about this". He looked at me confused. The server tried to explain that the wings took a really long time and that I just wanted a box to go. He then says those wings aren't mine, they are for his scruffy buddies over in the corner. The server tells him no they aren't. I begin to explain to him my concerns about the time it has taken and the mix up in orders coming out of the kitchen in an effort to maybe help him improve a process? Something they are doing isn't right. He takes my wings, from the plate and puts them into a box, doesn't say a word to me, turns to his buddies who are now standing at the cash register. "Hey bro! What's up!?" And they start bro-ing. He literally looked at me. Knew I was having a problem with the food/service, and turned away to greet his bros. He completely ignored me. I would like to add, that I was not upset, mad, yelling, belligerent or anything. I was respectfully giving feedback. And he completely ignored me. The server apologized and said he is just stressed out. I'm sorry, but that gives me some serious pause about either Tanner's character or his customer service skills. I guess the moral of the story is, if you are bros with Tanner, you will get great service. If you aren't don't waste your time. Because he doesn't care. read more

We went to General Duffy's Annex for Easter Buffet. What a great crew! Beautiful Ranunculus on every table fresh in yellows and pink. Amazing homemade muffins, quiche, biscuit's and gravy, sausages, bacon. Sliced deli meats,, fresh fruits that were perfect. Mimosa and another drink. It was awesome. The atmosphere was awesome. We are excited to go back for steak dinners. We have been here a long time, but as a husband and wife Veteran team, both disabled, we don't get out. We will now that we have the best service in Redmond ready to serve us. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you everyone at General Duffys. See you soon read more

Worst concert experience ever, we bought VIP passes to Clay Walker which by the way is happening right now but we left a half hour before he even came on. There were not enough chairs for anyone and we sat on a windowsill for 2 hours. With a view of nothing. I have no idea how many people were even in the opening act band because we looked at nothing. If we tried to stand in the other area we blocked the view from other guests who vocally told us to move. They brought out extra chairs and when we asked if we could have 2 we were told they were gone and that we have to understand there were 1300 people at the show. What was the point of paying for vip??? Save your money because this is the vip view. read more

Food was great, and pretty quick considering it's Friday night Comedy Night. They do seem undersatffed though. We both had fish and chips. Fish was fresh, flaky and delicious. Maybe a bit greasy. The fries are shoestring, and it's a small portion. We also ordered coconut shrimp, and again, it came quick. Really tasty and fried nicely. Neat little place with several options for food. They all look and sound good, so it's hard to choose (but that's not a bad position to be in). Great place to walk to if you're in the area. Grabbed some drinks here. $3 White Claw and the guy was saying he was actually trying to get it down to $2, but I was already pretty impressed with what it was at. There's also glasses and water out to grab yourself. Lots of room to sit with different table options. The restrooms are close & clean. The whole place is run by under paid and over expected owners. They are extremely disconnected from the local population. I spent $20 to attend one of their comedy shows. The headliner was horrible. The "theater" was only 1/3 full and yet the staff insisted this was a top notch performer and they had to charge full ticket price even though this was last minute and almost every seat was vacant. The opener came on and he was funnier then the headliner. When the headliner purposely made open comments asking for the audience response he closed off and had no response when the audience out smarted the show. The Annex needs to lower their lights and put out a more chill vibe. The bright lights and pure white walls are jarring.

Second visit here in the last week. The staff is super friendly and the patio is great. On a side note though. Sitting outside on one of the high bar tables and am witnessing four food carts and their staff step outside of their carts and offering help to one another. Offering other food carts to borrow equipment and try it out. That's freaking cool!!! Way to be a community and work as a team even though you guys are separate businesses and somewhat compete. Went to the Curbside Bacon food truck and got the salmon club and fresh cut fries. The sandwich was delicious and full of flavor. Fries were also pretty good, could have been a little crispier but still worth it. Definitely would recommend if your looking for fast food and a good time. Just found this little gem! It's got 5 food trucks and the watering hole building. It looks like there is a stage for events, nothing today. The only challenge is limited parking. You might have to park a couple blocks away and walk over but it get a vibe that totally makes it worth it. Plus, you get to walk off some of the calories, so have dessert! read more
