I called ahead of time for lunch, and asked if the shrimp was breaded on the lunch meals. The gentleman, albeit nice, didn't understand my question, and asked me to come in and order so that we could figure it out. I told him that I was in a hurry and wanted to order ahead. He advised me that if I came in to order instead of over the phone, he'll cook it quickly so that I won't have to wait too long. I decided that was okay, since I deliver UberEats from this location sometimes, and never have to wait. The food is always ready to go. This was my first time eating there as a paying customer. Because I'm new to eating Chinese food, I often need help with the menu; thus my question on how the shrimp is prepared. Anyway, I arrive at the restaurant and speak to the gentleman. I asked if the shrimp was breaded again, he didn't understand. I pointed to and asked if the shrimp in the Kung Pao shrimp was breaded. He looked confused; then I said, "is the shrimp in the Kung Pao Shrimp fried?" He finally understood me! "Yes it's fried! All Chinese shrimp is fried!" I replied, "Sir, are you sure that it's fried? Not grilled? But Fried?" He tells me again, "Yes, that shrimp is fried." Okay good. I reply that I want Kung Pao Shrimp. 6 minutes later, my food is done. I made the mistake of not checking my food. I drive home, open the box, and he gives me Kung Pao Chicken! I was the only customer in the restaurant, with no pending Uber Orders. Just me! Kung Pao Chicken. I call him back, tell him that I wanted Kung Pao Shrimp and I'll be returning to get my food, and please make sure that my shrimp is fried. I go back to the restaurant, he swore to me that he heard "chicken". I asked him how he heard chicken when all we talked about was shrimp? He even said shrimp in the conversation above. My food was ready when I walked in the door, and he asks me to throw away my old plate. No problem, so I chuck it in the trash. I check it, and by the frown on his face, he was displeased that I checked the food this time. The damn shrimp is grilled. I just take it and leave. There's no winning here. Plus, the fried rice looked like it was half lightly fried and half white. I won't be coming back. This could have been solved if there were pictures on the menu and on the website for novices like me. I understand the minor language barrier, but damn, you told me that my shrimp would be fried, and it wasn't. It was a waste of my time and gas, especially since I had to come back because the gentleman did not listen. I ended up going to China Panda, which is less than a mile down the street. read more

This place was horrible. The food was very bland. No seasonings. I ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce (shrimps taste frost bitten)....the lobster sauce (egg mixture) was so plain tasting like eggs and faucet water and this came with a choice of white rice or fried rice $1.00 extra. The Fried rice was obviously the white rice that they fried a little and made a tannish color. The second order was house special lomein which was obviously "regular" fat swollen spaghetti & some were stuck together as spaghetti sticks does. Again no seasonings and very dry (no sauce). Lomein has chinese noodles which is curly....even the roman noodle packs in the supermarket is better than that. Horrible food. I've had better Chinese food from a place in Snellville. I live a minute away from this restaurant and they are in delivery distance to my office so it has become my go to Chinese place. Everything I have ordered so far has been exceptional without feeling fast food takeout cheap. Much better than China panda that's half a mile away! Much much much better! I always have a patient explanation of what something is when I try to do something different on the menu, and I have not been disappointed by any item yet. The delivery is fast and friendly the pick up is the same I would highly recommend this place and I am just disappointed that they do not really have a place to sit down with the family so that we can go out and enjoy a nice restaurant. As always, the personnel is wonderful. The food is prepared quickly. For some reason, they are no longer giving out any sauces. This has happened twice since Governor Kemp placed a state of emergency on Georgia. Our neighborhood presumes this is to make up for their loss of business. We know it isn't their fault they have lost business. This healthcare crisis is the cause. The food is dry as a bone without sauce. For now, we are not going there. Once they can afford to provide sauce again, we will go back. Hopefully, this will be when Kemp lifts his orders. We don't like dry food. read more

It really bothers me that food places located in depressed areas where minorities live and shop (in this case Hispanics and Blacks) are subjected to subpar quality choices. I live in the adjacent area of Dunwoody. Affluent and upscale. I have purchased food here simply because it's 3 minutes away. When I received my food I saw 8 tiny wings that had a pretty good taste. But why can't the wings be larger? I find huge wings at the Buford Farmers Market. So they are out there. Then I get fries that seemed to b refried. Most were rubbery. No crispness. I fry crinkle fries all the time . It's not that hard to get them right. And I don't hv a professional fryer like you do! Give people what they pay for. Quality food with a decent price. And here's the kicker! When I lifted the paper liner to get the sauce to cover wings , there was a large black hair!!!! Yikes! Not good :( So I guess I'll stop being lazy and dry a bit farther for quality food at a good price. read more

Came here for cheap as hell chinese food, left with GOOD and cheap chinese food. For $30, I got chicken skewers, chicken curry, sesame chicken, 2 egg rolls, and 6 crab rangoon. I think that's pretty darn cheap. I'm a little surprised at the reviews here, because the food was really really good. My curry chicken was delicious. Not as spicy as I would like, but americanized chinese restaurants NEVER make it spicy enough for me. Egg rolls were just your standard egg rolls you get everywhere. The crab rangoons were amazing, almost overfilled, with only the slightest hint of sweetness. My boyfriend loves his sesame chicken from here, and gets it often. I had to fight my boyfriend AND my two cats for those chicken skewers. They were so good I'd happily just order a bunch of those alone. I was really happy with our order, and a little surprised to see these low reviews. Every time my boyfriend has been here, the staff have been nice, and have never gotten his order wrong. His food has always been good, and I'm just glad he brought some home for ME for once. lol Definitely will be getting dinner here again. Oh, and the portions for the entrees? HUGE. They have a few small tables to wait or eat. About 13 minutes for a dinner combo. This place is next door to Pizza Hut. Pricing is about average for Chinese food. Decent size menu. I visited this restaurant today and I ordered sesame chicken with plain fried rice. The woman that took my order was super nice and polite however the food was a total miss for me. If I could give LESS than one star I would. I tried to order from this restaurant via Grubhub for a delivery at 6 pm. At 5:40, they called me and told me that I hadn't put a time for delivery on my order. I explained that I had done so and requested a 6 pm delivery. Then he told me that I don't know how Grubhub works and that my ticket wouldn't even print out until 6pm. I explained to him that was not how it works and the order was supposed to be delivered by 6 pm. He became VERY rude and tried to talk over me as I requested an ETA and then he hung up on me when I requested calmly that he allow me to speak. When I called back, he was rude again and told me to call Grubhub. I told him that I'd never ordered from his restaurant before and based on this experience would never try to again and he yelled at me again and then hung up on me again. Got to say, this looked like a hole in the wall greasy spoon. But, on a neighbors recommendation, we ordered takeout dinner here last night. We were very pleasantly surprised! Kung Pao Chicken, Hunan Shrimp and Chicken Lo Mein. Each was very well prepared, fresh, very tasty, not "gloppy" like so many other take out Chinese restaurants. Worst customer service my first and last time i go to that restaurant the shrimp smells old and the wings were recooked over and over.

First off excellent customer service from entering the restaurant. The lady at the counter was helpful and pleasant. She helped me pick a dish that was just my taste! Tried this place as it would be our closest option for Chinese. Good prices but that was about it. Some parts of another review were spot on: the fried rice just seemed like rice with some soy sauce. Not very flavorful. The crab rangoon filling was a little sweeter than usual and kind of on the thin/liquidy side. The Mongolian beef was also noticeably sweet which wasn't a good thing. Happy family was okay but had some strange stuff in it not listed in the menu description. Soups weren't bad, though my wife thought something tasted a bit off in the egg drop. I will give this place credit for crazy fast delivery! We had our food within 25 minutes. While this wasn't my favorite Asian dinner it wasn't terrible either. My boyfriend had the sesame chicken and it wasn't like any other sesame chicken, it was insanely sweet which I found unpleasant but he didn't mind it too much. There is nothing fusion about this place. This is your average run of the mill cookie cutter Americanized Chinese restaurant. The "fried rice" is nothing more than stale steamed rice with soy sauce or something to make it brown. This place is very close to my house so I was hoping it was good but it is far from it. Our leftovers went into the garbage. Some people are fine with the same old terrible Chinese food but I am not one of them.
