She even secured the cushions to the couch so they wouldn't slip off or out of place. It's Chris's great attention to little details like that that really make her finished product great. She helped me pick out a great fabric that would match my interior colors and was kid proof (as much as any fabric can be lol). Chris has great taste and is a huge help when you're not sure which direction you want to go. Chris does incredible work and I've been so happy with my sofa and couch that I'm having Chris reupholster my dinning room chairs as well.

This is our 2002 Toyota beach truck and I've been using a $3 T-shirt as my seat cover because the upholstery was so torn up, foam was falling out. It looks good as new. So we left my husband's truck for the same treatment! Satisfied customers indeed! David is 4th generation and his son, 5th generation, upholstery craftsmen. Impressive! We're lucky to have them in Galveston!!! I can't wait to take something else there! Update 8/27 we've since taken in the 2012 Toyota Tacoma for the drivers seat to be upholstered and it looks fantastic. Truly they are nothing short of miracle workers!…read more I took them a few replacement dashboard panels I purchased for my Classic Aston Martin DB9 as they needed to be dyed the correct color and Luna nailed the correct color spot on! They even repaired a panel I was replacing (I thought it was beyond saving) and it's now perfect too (I could have saved some $ buying the replacement panel). I was so impressed by their work that I ended up taking them the whole car and they restored all the leather (seats & all) to better than new. They work on sofas, jackets, cars - if it's got leather they can make it beautiful again. And their fees are extremely reasonable- you can go elsewhere and spend a good deal more for good deal less - I've done it. Truly wonderful people to work with!

After my original post review Dustin Cire the Sales Director called me and was very sincere and wanted to fix my issues. He didn't try BS me, If you have read my previous review you would know I was beyond upset. Not only did he fix it, he offered to delivery my chairs free of charge. He honored the quote I was originally give and said my chairs would be ready the following week. It is nice when a company actually calls and listen to a customer. I took my great great great great grandmother dinning room chairs to them to restore, along with 6 of my own dining rooms chairs. My mom cried when she saw my my great great + grandmother chairs. She had never seen them look like that , only in pictures. The manage to restore them and keep their age. When get something old that means that much to you in a condition you though you would never see is priceless. I had to look around to find a company that was willing to even touch chairs that old. Because did such a beautiful job on 100 year old chairs is the only reason I gave them a 2nd chance. I am glad I did. I will be taking the table to them to restore next. Now I am happy customer. I JUST WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR!!!! I am giving Dustin and the guys who did the restoration on my previous order this review of 5 stars, not the person who I spoke to on phone ON 5/9 who didn't even try to fix the issue.

By May 27 they have heard nothing. is difficult to teach a huamn (you have to text first) then when finally they do, they hear "we need to see if we can get the part and if we can it will be another $139 to come back out n addition to the part." They have already had 3.5 weeks since came out. They dont initiate follow up or apologize for delay. Also, after initial visit they have to call them back to get some reference number off bottom of chair that they did not get while there. My parents are older and crawling on floor looking under a heavy recliner for a number they should have gotten is odd.
