I spoke with Ivey on June 12 and made an appointment for June 28th (16 days in the FUTURE!!!) for a basic cleaning with reoccurring monthly cleanings every month thereafter. I made it clear when we spoke that her staff needed to be gone by mid afternoon. Ivey told me that would not be a problem. Last night (June 26) as my wife is preparing dinner, and my adult son and I are playing video games, the doorbell rings. Low and behold if it isn't two cleaning agents from 3 Broads who are at my home to clean....wait a minute...didn't I schedule my cleaning for the 28th?? Dang right I did! I dig up the confirmation email from Ivey and my son shows it to her staff. They reply with "Oh we will have to talk to our boss to come back, this happens ALL the time." So today, June 27th, I email Ivey to see what happened. At that point I was willing to give em another chance....I mean come on mistakes happen everywhere....right??? Her reply is "Yes they are coming today (as in June 27th) and by five PM will be a problem. They have a full day and I don't see them getting to your place before 3PM.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So again Ivey has the wrong date AND is telling me her staff can't be done in the time frame I asked for on June 12 when I made the appt. What the hell?? Then my phone rings and it is Ivey. She seemed confused on the phone like she still wasn't sure what was going on. She pawned off the mistake on whomever does their schedule and tells me she doesn't do scheduling. SERIOUSLY??? Then put me on the phone with whomever does do scheduling so I can understand why this matter is so confusing. I finally just threw the towel in and told her to cancel the appt. I am done. Sorry 3 Broads you had a chance and blew it!

Our place is not ready to be rented yet, but I am going to call these folks back, based on my conversation with them. They took their time to talk through with me some issues re: having a vacation rental property at the beach - what kind/color linens to buy? who makes the best renters (who typically does the least damage to rental property). reasons to not rent our place for just a single night (how to prevent our property from becoming a party house). I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger. These folks have been doing this a while and they know their stuff and sound like true professionals to me. I am excited to be at a place in the future where I can make use of their services.

They got rust stains off the hardwood floor today..dusted. cleaned my front 2 windows, mopped THEN waxed my hardwood floors. They don't just clean the tubs they POLISH them. Never have my baths looked so beautiful!!! They are efficient in every way. They cleaned all my leather furniture and I left and had a lovely lovely lunch, went grocery shopping and came home to heaven!! We had big mouse problem in our house and tried all the different traps and poisons to no avail…read more Jesse came over to do the free inspection and informed us that the traps and poisons we were using would be ineffective. He pointed out all the areas they could be getting into the house and recommended ways to deter the mice and prevent them from getting in. He was very kind and extremely helpful and ended up saving us a ton of money. We're currently renting but will be buying at the end of the year and will 100% be returning to Jesse and Truly Nolen for our monthly pest control needs.

All the exits were blocked, problem treated, and they even followed up with a sanitation visit at the end. The same technicians did our visits week to week which was great.
