But that evening, I spoke to Miguel from Rapid Water Heater. I texted pictures of my situation and he quoted me a far more reasonable price than anything else I had gotten. He also said that he could be at my place the very next morning despite the fact that I'm in Escondido and he's in Chula Vista. The next morning, he shows up and replaces my water heater with a good quality Rheem heater quickly on a miserably hot day for the price quoted.
