Be advised that they can only physically look and don't have the required equipment to see through problem that were covered by unmoveable object, they will still charge you even they can't find the exact cause of the problem. In my case, it was leaking pipe. So if you have a leak that coming out of concrete or things like that, you will want to go directly to the detection company with the required equipment. read more

Skyler was to the point and knowledgable and let me know exactly what costs were my responsibility vs what was covered. They were able to pull out the old water heater one day and that let me dry out the area underneath. Then they came the next day to install the new one. Cesar not only was the first to respond but he was the only one that actually gave me an estimate. I found his estimate to be reasonable to so I scheduled the repair. I meet cesar during the holidays of 2016. Our water heater broke down started leaking. My coworker referred me to him. He came over the 2 day after christmas. Diagnosed the problem went with me to home depot to choose item and New years day came over and installed it. It was not an easy install.
