I had an outside water shutoff valve that needed replacement and they had me text some photos, were able to quote me over the phone and then replace it all while I was at work. Then they sent me photos of the completed job when they were done. Solid work and easy to deal with. I had called two other plumbers earlier and one quoted me double their price and the other wanted me there so I took time off work to come home to be there during their two hour window when they were supposed to show up, only to get a text an hour and a half into waiting that they were gonna be another two hours late. So I appreciated the fact that the Go Plumbing guys actually showed up on time, didn't need me to unnecessarily take time off work and kept me up to date with photos. I'd hire them again. read more

Had a leak in our garage yesterday that got progressively worse. Called Edgar, unfortunately, they were closed on Sundays, but he answered my call. After checking their schedule for Monday, he called me back to let me know, since we live near his business location, he could send someone out first thing in the morning. Christian arrived in the time frame Edgar gave me. We explained the issue and where we suspected the leak came from. He took look at the water leak and after assessing the problem, he explained what could be the issues. He also explained he would need to cut through the dry wall to better see and locate the issue, so we consented to him opening up the dry wall. Upon opening up the wall, we saw two pin leaks from the T cross copper pipes that came from the upstairs bathroom. He, then explained that he would repair and replace the pipes. He promptly went to task and took care of the leaks very efficiently. The repair was clean, neatly done and more importantly fixed the leak! Can't say enough about the promptness and efficiency of the work Christian did! He did the repair in good time and was finished in a couple of hours! He had helped me a couple of years ago with a shower leak and my SIL's mother plumbing issue. Both times he was courteous, easy going and made what is known to be a headache to deal with, a pleasant experience.
