I have NEVER been treated this way in my life! It has been 2 weeks passed and m still shocked when I think about what they did to me. I called in and got a quote to repair My screen, I drove all the way there specially, and then they said they made a mistake and it should cost more. Finally after I said I drove specially, they agreed to repair my phone for the price they said over the phone. Not 2 days passed and my screen Just cracked, I DID NOT DROP IT OR DID ANYTHING TO IT. They just probably gave me the SHITTIEST GLASS they had to save money. Not only was THE GLASS SO LOW QUALITY, THEY DIDNT SET IT RIGHT AND MY KEYBOARD WAS FUCKED. I went back 3 days later, told them that the keyboard was not working properly, and the glass already had already 1 crack on it. They took my phone said "WE don't repair a cracked screen, but let me see what we can do" as if they are going to do something nice, then got back to me said I need to pay another 150$!! And then gave me back my phone when ITS FULL WITH SO MANY MORE CRACKS!!! I told the guy "what are all these new cracks?? " he said "YEAH, UNFORTUNATELY WHEN I OPENED IT CRACKED SOME MORE" I did not give them any permission to open it, they said they are just going to look at it, and then gave it to me full with so many cracks I would have no choice but to repair it. I left the store and I will never forget this, I seriously felt like they were just mean and bad people. My macbook's screen broke and I had been slacking off on fixing it because I couldn't find a good place, plus I knew it would cost me! Found these guys on Yelp, and decided to give it a try. The guy who helped me besides being kinda sexy was super nice! He definitely worked on giving me the best price. He said it would be ready the following week but it wasn't, only took two days! Dang that was fast! Best part I paid under 450. Only downside is they said they opened at 10, but when I got there it was close. They didn't open till almost 11. Great experience. I walked in with my Toshiba laptop that was really slow and had a lot of pop-ups. Nick told me it would take about 45 minutes but he called me in 30 minutes with basically a new laptop because they upgraded the hard drive to an SSD. After having my iPhone 6 screen replaced at a sketchy place I realized I got what I payed for. My screen wasn't responsive anymore and I decided to give this place a shot. Nick I believe was the name of the man who took my phone. The price menu is displayed clearly on a flat screen tv behind the main counter so there is no discretion. Nick replaced my cheap screen with an OE and the total wait time was 40 mins, but because another phone was ahead of mine. I'm so happy my phone is back and looks as good as new. hands down, parking is easy, it's a small shop but when you walk inside it's nice, smells good and professional visual. I called in ahead of time just to triple check if they did such things I was searching for (i always do). Showed a couple hours later, he was a man of his word, usually when you call in advance and show up later, they're like oh no, prices was this but we'll do that and etc etc .. he kept his word. I showed up, he's funny, talkative and makes you feel welcomed, not like most shops they're all serious and are only focused on their job and not try pulling a conversation with a customer, he did; he cracked jokes and me us feel good even though he saw us down about our phone but did his best to put a smile on our face. I live off my laptop and was traveling abroad when I overcharged my laptop at the hotel. It would not keep a charge after this. I live in Hollywood and was very desperate. I walked in very comfident that NO-one could fix my problem. I spoke with the manager and he said "Give me 20 mins." I sat in the showroom, waiting with disbelief. Manager came back in 5 mins and said he just needed to order the part but would take 24 hours to just get the part and 48 hours to fix it!!!! OMG! PISSED! but had no choice. I called the next day to confirm they had indeed received the part. His exact words " Sir, I was able to get this part last night from local supplier, I stayed late and got it done!!!!!!!" Took it back and said that didn't cover my warranty, then took it to the Apple Store to find out that wasn't the same model camera. They switched mine out for a broken one to resell. My phone fell 5 inches out of my purse and smashed for the first time ever in 5 years of having an iPhone!!!
