I came in late, like 730. They close at 8. I have the iPhone 7 Plus . My screen was shattered but still worked. He took me even tho it was late. Had my phone fixed in like 30 minutes or less. I sat and read a National Geographic magazine during so it flew by. My screen is like new! Also my mic wasn't working on certain apps and we both couldn't figure out why at first. These guys are great. I came in today to get my iphone fixed and I couldn't have had a better experience!! I had problems charging my iphone and tried to clean the charging port by myself, but it didn't work. I was afraid to go to any store because a lot of times people will be dishonest and over charge you for a problem that doesn't exist. I accidentally stepped on my new MacBook Pro and cracked the entire screen. It was messed up pretty bad- you could barely see anything on the screen. I called around to some laptop repair replaces who gave me quotes for $600 + to replace the screen since it was the new retina screen. I found genuis lab after doing a Yelp search and calling about 20 laptop repair places. They gave me the most reasonable quote and had 5 stars so I decided to give it a shot. My screen had to be special ordered so I left my laptop with them. They gave me a call in about 8 days and told me it was ready to go. The screen looks great and the laptop is working fine.
