Waited over an hour for pizza chicken wings and 2 sodas which was quoted 40 minutes delivery time just to get the wrong pizza and soda and the chicken was so bad that I tossed it in the garbage they did offer to make the correct pizza and soda but didn't refund the chicken so I did receive the pizza but they still manage to send the correct soda. I called and ordered some calzones yesterday for lunch and was told 45 minutes, which was perfect. These were to be delivered to a school where we have food delivered quite a bit. After an hour, I called and was told the food was on the way. After 15 more minutes, I called again and was told they tried calling me (there was no message or missed call) to tell me they were there and for me to come out to get the food. It seems they don't get out of their car, you pick it up from your car (although that was never explained). The problem is that I was waiting throughout my entire lunch period standing by the door. Every car that pulled up was a parent picking up a child. They agreed to refund my money, taking 7-10 days for it to go back in my card. There was no apology or offer to make it right. read more

we have been ordering from here for many many years. ^ years ago we moved to hammond . They have been delivering to us for 6 years at our presant address. We order at least once a month.We have ordered for large parties and they deliver. We understand that there is a $4.00 delivery charge but that is what dominos charges us that they are just down the street. We got a menu 2 weeks ago. I called and ordered tonight. it was sunday special. they have had special for years. I ordered it tonight and was put on hold so she go and ask if that special was still on. then she let me order told me 45 min. then 10 min later she called me back and told me they never deliver here. I told her they have been ordering here for the last 6 years here. she wanted to argue with me i just told her i would call some place else. I have never went and picked up. I've been going here for a while and enjoyed their pizza. Decided to switch things up today and got the catfish. It was disgusting and clearly fried in old grease. When I called to tell them about it instead of apologizing they were angry and rude as if I had done something wrong. I asked if they'd exchange my order for a burrito which was cheaper and I was told I'd have to travel to the store and arrive within the next 30 mins with the catfish to exchange it, after I had already paid to have the food delivered! Mind u it's 25 degrees outside! I bring the food in and am greeted with even more animosity. A worker yelled would u bring your food back to mc Donald's? And the answer is yes!! I have no problem spending my money but I will get my moneys worth! I took 2 bites and it was absolutely horrible! The manager and boss Alejandro were 0 help! I ordered a pizza for a birthday celebration one hour and 15 minutes before I wanted it delivered at 4pm. I called at 4:15 and they said it was just put in the car for delivery. I called back at 4:50 and they claimed it was on its way. I called again at 5:10, they said they couldn't deliver my pizza. Nice! So, I am assuming every time I called they were lying to me! I ordered 2 slice specials. The young lady got the pizza with the spatula and grabbed it by the end of the crust with her finger with no gloves on. When I said something about it they took the pizza to the back. I was hoping they made another pizza but nope. THis place was reccommended by people at work. I didn't get the pizza, although I've heard it's very good. I ordered the Rib Tips and Chicken special. I had it delivered to my business. Delivery arrived within the 45 minute time slot, and the food was good. I got the Genova special pizza, and also one of their cheeseburgers. The pizza was good, although I think they missed one of the toppings. The cheese burger was so so, but then who goes to a pizza parlor for burgers? All in all, a good place for good pizza. read more

The one star comes from them delivering to the hotel I'm staying in. Ordered a large peperoni and hot wings. The pizza took over an hour to be delivered and I wish that was my only gripe. The pizza and wings were very cold and the soda was warm. The driver asked for cash even though I paid with a card. I then had to sign my copy of the detailed receipt which I need to turn into my company since it was a company card I used. I'll be working in the area for quite some time, I'll eat out of the vending machines before I order from them again. Just awful. read more

Skimpy is putting things lightly. Its almost guaranteed you will order at least 2 items because of the ridiculously small portion size. The food is pricey and mediocre. I'm originally from Chicago so when I want the real deal. I take the 30 to 45 minute drive to satisfy my appetite. read more

The worst perch fish I've ever had in my life. Should've known better than to order fish from a pizza spot. The perch is not even perch, its cod!! Its basically fish sticks. bought some ribtips there a couple of months ago,I guess out of their freezer which tasted tainted,I definitely won't go there again
