When I asked about the treatment steps and products, she said she doesn't talk during facials and would give an overview afterward. I specifically inquired about extractions and dermaplaning timing--she provided neither. The service felt amateurish and inadequate: minimal effort beyond basic cotton-pad cleansing, no real massage or care, only one warm cloth at the very end, followed by being left alone on the table for a long time. Having had many facials, this was by far the most disappointing and unprofessional. Save your money--skip the Groupon here. Proper customer service, communication, passion, and trust-building are essential for a great experience, and none were present. I expected more from a business and surprised that the low quality service I received was from the business owner.
