If there's any person who not only deserves a review from me but who I wish success while encouraging others to experience her services, it's Vinaya. This review is the easiest I've ever written. Because Vinaya saved my life. I realize that sounds like an exaggeration but it's not. The illness I suffered from was consuming my life. The episodes were slowly lengthening from 3-4 days to 5-6 days. All while the break between episodes was shortening from a few weeks in between to two weeks at the longest. Even with great coverage, my health care providers were unable to help me. And it didn't feel like they wanted to. It seems that a doctor's biggest issue is the inability to admit they don't know what is going on with patients. From family doctors to emergency room visits to specialists to a double oscopy and a follow up surgeon's note to call back in 5 years for another one. I felt like healthcare abandoned me. I was becoming/had become..unemployable, unable to travel, a terrible dad, a terrible husband, irritable, reserved, lonely and I was scared. I think I spent at least the first two, if not three, sessions..just talking with her. I was broke. I had just lost a dear friend and my father. I was carrying a lot of bad energy and memories and pain that was not helping my gut health. A healer, I mean a true, gifted healer has to have some natural abilities of intuition. Vinaya seemed to have a huge tool box of intuition, empathy, experience, knowledge, patience and an embracing of the power she possesses. From her absolutely nailing the exact supplements I needed and that were a HUGE part of my recovery, within the first 20 minutes of meeting, to her spot on understanding of the emotional state I was in. She knew exactly what I needed. She knows. She cares. She shares. She facilitates. She forgives. She listens. She leads. This is not a hyper clinical environment. This is not an incredibly formal experience. This is not a one sided situation that leaves you with more questions than answers. I'll say it again. Vinaya saved my life. I'll never forget it. I'll never not appreciate her and her care. And I'll never suffer the debilitating episodes that were taking over my life. Thank you, Vinaya. Jason L.

I really liked this because it wasn't too busy and I could still enjoy the other tasks I had to do throughout the day. It was great to start my Sunday at Asha and the start of my week! I experienced restoration of my well being through water and heat at Asha. The soak was nourishing and relaxing. This was my first cold plunge experience and I really enjoyed it. I felt awake after! The sauna was great. It was my first time doing that too. It was soothing and my skin felt so great after this whole experience. The customer service is great when you check in and out. I wasn't the only newbie and it was wonderful to have the kind staff tell us about what to expect with the lockers, changing rooms and showers.
