Dr. Brenner came out to introduce herself to me before she brought the kids back (both at the same time, how fabulous!). She performed their dental check with me present, and explained the entire process, while completely engaging both my kids at their own developmental level! Very unprofessional and disorganized on this facility's end, what's the point of an appointment if your appointment time isn't honored It's frustrating to show up for an appointment and be hit with this sort of inconvenience, especially without any communication ahead of time. I appreciate the staff trying to accommodate me, but I do wish they had done a better job managing this situation. I definitely will not return here.

Dr King and her team shined soo bright with their singing, patience, smiles, and got my little girl thru her 2nd and 3rd visits. My daughter was crying so much but they spoke so softly and sand songs to soothe her. She just had her 4th visit and smiled upon arrival. I got in my car and cried so hard after because he's never been able to do anything even close to that. The time it took I know wasn't easy but it was so worth it. My 3 yo son was quite anxious about his first dentist visit. The hygienist was patient and took time to explain to him what the process was going to be for his cleaning and explained each piece of equipment and their purpose. That made a big difference and I could see him relaxing and becoming comfortable. The doctor was just as patient and friendly and was even blowing bubbles with my son. It was a very good first experience for him and I am happy in making the choice with going to this office. I will be back. Thanks to a wonderful for taking care of us!!!

They dosregarded this and continued go treat him by PINNING him down to clean his teeth. He is not even 3 years old. It was unncessary to pin him down. They did not offwr for me to hold him, or to use laughing gas or anything else to make this experience less traumatizing. Then she proceeded to SMACK his mouth any time he would scream in fear instead of giving him time to breathe and relax. My son did not need to be smacked in the mouth by anyone. For what? To clean his teeth? I have a photograph of them pinning him down. I would love to have the dentist call and apologize and I want my money back. It's the LEAST they can do for the trauma they caused both my son and I. DO NOT take your children there if they have any hesitation to medical professionals or any oral aversions. They WILL not be helpful. They will just resolve to pin a child down. Awful. Awful.

I did my entire treatment of Invisalign in about a year and a half. I wore braces as a kid and of course never wore my retainer. I make sure to wear my retainer every single night now. Speaking of my retainer...it broke twice on me! The plastic at the top of it was too thin and fragile. The doctor made my third one a little shorter and while it looks a little funny since it only covered half my teeth, it's stronger and hasn't cracked in over a year. Really happy with this office and stoked with how my teeth came out.
