Taylor (owner) is the absolute best in the biz!!! I have been seeing her for over 5 years and she does the most beautiful balayage you've ever seen! Highly highly recommend! Cut, trim, highlights, toner - whatever you need, she'll do it perfectly. I even got tape-in extensions with her at one point, maintaining them for probably a year or so, and absolutely loved them. She places the extensions to look extremely natural without damaging your natural hair. I would trust my life (and hair...so basically my life) with Taylor! I'm a redhead so I get nervous to trust people with me hair, but we've gone lighter, blonder, darker, deep red, and I've always loved it. Found this salon on Yelp while looking for hair salons near my house. I had gone to a couple of different salons in Scottsdale prior but wanted to try a new salon. I looked at reviews here and looked at example pictures from the Mosaic Creative's Instagram page. I then booked an appointment with Lucas. I went into my appointment wanting my balayage to be more ash blonde (Gray/silver tones) and for the highlights to look more blended since I have black hair naturally. Lucas asked a lot of great clarifying questions about what my goal was to make sure we were both on the same page, which I really appreciated! This made me really trust him and I felt that I had the right expectations about the game plan for my hair. He did an amazing job. I honestly think it looks even better than I imagined it to. Taylor has been doing my hair for the past 2 years and I refuse to go to anyone else ever! She is one of the most kind and honest people and by far the best at color I have come across yet.
