    Strawberries and cream shake
    Cherry M.

I stopped in after a Sunday morning dance class wanting a protein shake to get me through my errands. I googled "smoothies near me" and Fresche popped up. I walked in and was greeted. I saw the basic menu on the wall and said I was looking for a protein shake that was fruity over chocolate. They seemed to have a lot of chocolate sections but only the strawberry cream as fruity. The girl didn't seem interested in trying to help me really as she never asked if it was my first time there or offer any direction. I ordered the strawberry cream adding B12 and multi vitamin. As she went back to make it I noticed a full menu on the counter that showed what each shake had, etc. would have been helpful before ordering. Also would have been helpful to know all their smoothies can be protein shakes, so my selection wasn't so limited. I was also a bit taken back by the price. The shake I ordered only came in large, which was 24oz. With the 2 additions my total was $14.59. I think the price wouldn't have been as painful if the shake had actually been palatable. It was awful. Honestly tasted like dirt. However, since I paid $14.59 and I had errands to run I choked it down. I wasn't there long enough to really notice the ambiance of the restaurant. It seemed clean and airy. I didn't like my shake wasn't made in front of me. Would not only open the store up but would allow customers the ability to see their food being made to take out the wall closing in the kitchen area.

The first time I had an acai bowl was in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and it was like a flavor fiesta in my mouth! Since, these fruity wonders have been spreading across the U.S., shaking up the food scene. I went for the Peanut Butter Acai Bowl, which was good, but it didn't quite hit the mark like the ones I've elsewhere. While the service was solid, the vibe was a bit meh When I strolled in, I felt like I stumbled into a silent movie - No one was at the counter, and seemed like the employees were hiding in the back. Where were the greetings and tunes? Come on, let's amp up the acai experience!

    Small tropical bowl, mixed!

What I love about açaí bowls is that it's basically dessert for breakfast! Genuine Freshche was my first açaí experience being the closest to my house! I haven't had too many other açaí places so I am by no means an expert! I like that there are 3 different sizes, price correlating with size. Anytime I've ordered I've ordered a small and that's usually enough for me! Pro tip: sign up with your number/email and you'll receive $2 off coupons which makes it even more affordable! I've tried several bowls- original, raspberry lime, and chocolate peanut butter. This visit I went with the tropical bowl- a blend of pineapple, mango, coconut milk, banana, açaí, and sorbet, topped with granola, mango, pineapple, banana, honey, and coconut. I don't like that they don't use fresh pineapple (canned), especially after advertising about how "fresh" they are. It's also odd given the rest of their fruit is fresh. I don't know if my taste buds have changed recently but this bowl seemed extra sweet; a little indulgent for breakfast, even. I ate half and saved the other half for breakfast the next day. Will I continue to come to Genuine Fresche? Yes, most likely, due to convenience and affordability. 3.5 stars

This place is sooooo good! There is only one other açaí place I liked to go to but it is far from where I live. I saw this place and the reviews on the bowls sounded great so I gave it a shot. It reminds me of the place I just mentioned. Everything is so fresh and delicious. This is my new açaí place!

    Clean and Fresche Juice

go to juice spot for years. convenient location, friendly staff & online ordering available. i like to order online which makes it a breeze. if i ever have to wait i like that it's nearby GNC & Sprouts to spend time in. i recommend all their juices, can't go wrong and to order with no ice for more juice!

If you have the time, definitely worth the wait! Today was my first experience at Genuine Fresche. Typically, I prefer to make my own smoothie bowls or simply buying a smoothie I can drink on the go. Safe to say very pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the price! The to-go packaging was a little messy, and luckily I was taking it somewhere to share the açaí bowls preventing a mess in my car, other wise I would have been a little annoyed with sticky hands on my steering wheel. All and all, great taste, fair price, and after ten minutes, worth the weight. Belly full, heart very glad!

My go to place for fresh juice, always friendly quick service. Although the vibe felt a little stagnant. I would suggest if employees are using the dining area they should remain friendly while in uniform.

    Pitaya Colada

First time here! I ordered the Chocolate PB & Banana protein w/ pea protein powder (curious what kind they use here ) and my husband wanted something with pineapple, so I got him the Pitaya Colada- loved it! Will definitely come back and try something new.

Where asking a question feels like you're interrupting someone's day. So today, when I took my son to Ted's Hot Dogs. This is a place I've been going to since the 1900s (as my kids love to remind me ). I didn't expect much. Things had changed since my childhood days, but the food had always remained good! I just missed the days when the same guy worked the grill and knew my name and my order by heart. But then, today... There was Karen. Yes, Karen!! Standing over a grill in 117° Arizona heat, she greeted us with patience, kindness, and an actual smile. She let my son take his time ordering without making him feel rushed. And when the ketchup was empty, she didn't shrug it off or point us in another direction. She didn't hand me a thousand little packets since the pump was empty. She simply took care of it. Was it just ketchup? Sure. But it also wasn't. It was someone choosing to care. When other patrons had notified other staff multiple times it was out - Karen found a simple solution without excuses! These days... that feels rare. We've spent years turning the name "Karen" into a punchline. But today, I met the kind of Karen the world could use a whole lot more of. If you're her manager and you're reading this... take good care of her. Promote her. Clone her if science ever figures that out. Because people like Karen don't just serve food - they create loyal customers who keep coming back!! In a world that tells us what a "Karen" is... be this Karen.

We waited in line to to order and after waiting about 25 minutes, we were helped. The cashier was stressing but was friendly. We ordered three traditional hot dogs with everything on top and a side of bacon cheese fries. Since it was national glizzy day, our hot dogs were supposed to be BOGO. We sat down and waited another 25 minutes until finally our buzzer beeped. We picked up our tray and noticed we were only given 5 hot dogs, not 6. We didn't mention anything just because we saw how busy it still was. The hot dogs were actually pretty good. They were a decent size and flavorful. We really liked the bacon fries and it was enough to share between us three. There was an employee keeping the tables clean and picking up trash - he was friendly. Will de be back to try out some more food!

This location also has a big parking lot, so parking was not an issue at all. Once we were all seated, our waitress offered us drinks and gave us time to look through the menu. I must say, there's some pretty affordable happy hour items on there. However, I was really hungry and opted for a regular menu Toasted Da Vinci sandwich with a side of chips. No drink. The sandwich was delicious. I really liked it. The bread was toasted to perfection and it was quite flavorful. The chips were also excellent. They were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Probably some of the best I've had. The meal was a good portion and very filling (and I'm a big guy!). Overall, I had a good experience. I'd come here again for that sandwich.
