From the very first moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single member of the team made me feel at ease, supported, and valued--through every pre-op, post-op, many phone calls with questions, and today's follow-up appointments. The office itself is pristine--clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm and positive energy that instantly puts you at ease. But what really sets this practice apart is the people. The patient care team (from the amazing nurses to the friendly faces at the front desk--who greet me by name with a big smile every time) are simply phenomenal. They are kind, compassionate, and truly invested in your well-being. And then there's Dr. Davidson. He is incredible--kind, confident, and truly gifted. During my consultation, I came in with a long list of questions, and he had already answered every single one before I even had to ask. His bedside manner is unmatched--he exudes warmth, professionalism, and a calm confidence that instantly builds trust. I knew I was in the best hands. This entire process was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better results. They said I didn't follow post op procedures, which is not true. One arm looks great, the other awful. I cut a slit in the bottom of my arm garment, well below my elbow, where it was so tight around my lower arm muscle that my hands were going numb. They tried to tell me that was the reason my whole upper arm is messed up, even though the other arm is fine. They tried to convince me my messed up arm was actually fine and I must have body dysmorphia to think it is't. Only after I presented them with another Drs review of the work (which also confirmed it wasn't my fault) would they consider fixing it. She then did a fat transfer, but the tissue in my arm seems to be still so damaged from the liposuction (a year and a half later), that the fat transfer didn't take. I still have one liposuction wound that won't heal, a year and a half later, it still is scabbed. The other wound is deeply scarred on that arm, although the okay arm healed right away and the scars disappeared. Of course the office says I must have some kind of picking disorder. Everything, my fault. Of course when the office was selling the procedure they said they would laser any scars, which they didn't follow-through on. Now when I write them, telling them the fat procedure didn't take, for 3 weeks now I've been writing and sending photos, and I've been ghosted, no one writes me back. You may think that I must have gotten rude, but I tried to always be kind, I just wanted them to help and tell me what to expect with my healing and what was normal and what wasn't. If you ask AI what is wrong with my arm, it says, ask your Dr. Well, mine won't talk to me after a fat transfer for a liposuction procedure she botched, so what do I do? See another Dr? But Dr. Chung has $10,000 of my money, won't help me, won't talk to me and won't refund me so that I can get help from someone else. She has done both physical and deep psychological damage.

From my very first consultation to now (6 weeks post-op), I have felt 100% confident that I chose the right surgeon for the job. During my initial consultation I was given lots of information about the procedure; I also "tried on" different size implants to get an idea of what I wanted. I spoke with Dr. Tantillo about what results I was looking for, and he was very honest and straightforward about what I could expect from the surgery. He talked with me about my different options regarding the implant size, type, and placement, and incision placement, and I felt like he took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. I was very particular about what size I wanted to be after the surgery, and Dr. Tantillo completely accommodated my wishes. After I called and booked my surgery with Dr. Tantillo, I was mailed a booklet with LOTS of info and instructions for my procedure. I had plenty of time to look this over and write down any questions, and when I went in for my pre-op visit Dr. Tantillo sat down with me and took the time to fully answer every one of my questions. By the time I left that appointment, I was fully prepared and couldn't wait for the day of my surgery! The day of my operation was so relaxed and positive, I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had to. The nurses were so friendly; they and the anesthesiologist made me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Tantillo talked with me before I went into the OR to go over everything once again, made a few markings on my chest, and asked if I had any last-minute questions. When I woke up, the nurse gave me some water and crackers and stayed with me, talking and making sure I was feeling ok. After resting for a bit, I was feeling completely fine and after leaving the office, I went out to lunch with my mom! I am now 6 weeks post-op, and couldn't be happier. My recovery process was a breeze, and I feel and look amazing! I am so glad I decided to have this surgery, and I know that I absolutely made the right choice in choosing Dr. Tantillo.

I am now 23 and I live with the numbness and scars that Dr Hein Succumbed me to. I went with a female doctor to avoid males seeing my breasts at (a very insecure re : birth defect at 17 years old. ) We had multiple meetings before we went into surgery at the hospital. I was informed only once we were at the hospital that there were multiple medical students there to observe my surgery. I was not offered this as an option or something I could say no to, ( which after researching, I can) but rather my surgery is happening and it's like this or not- it goes forward or it doesnt since the students have ventured all the way the hospital which I wasn't informed of. I was not given a clear "no" option and I was already in my hospital gown and hooked up to an IV when asked- meaning if I backed out now, it'll cost me $$$$. So not only did I not feel comfortable in giving a no, but it was not presented to me as an option without paying $$ for her lack of consideration v, and resulted in the exact situation I paid thousands to avoid. not only did my surgery NOT HOLD UP more than a year later, but when the lift relied more on post-surgery swelling than results, a stitch popped. Leaving my nipple permanently disfigured like a pizza without a slice. Something she never addressed or fixed on the check up, but another doctor did. He was very confused on her methods and results. He even called in young associates to take a look at my botched job. also, Hein gave me a lesser stitch than what was promised for surgery, and that lesser stitch has affected how I have healed. I was promised an anchor scar when I went into surgery, but I was left with the lollipop scar, which i feel was to impress spectators. (students) re her ability bc it was not agreed upon, and did not hold up overtime. My breasts reverted to their original state immediately after swelling. My only options now are more surgery to correct this with implants which I do not want and am incredibly uncomfortable with, or taking both of my boobs straight off my chest. with more corrective surgery, doctors told me , the way she handled my nipples, there's a high chance they'll go NECROTIC. To a different doctor, I wouldn't be in this situation and out $8000+ for it. But now I have a dilemma which will affect me the REST OF MY LIFE when all I wanted was to feel comfortable in my own skin. I left feeling violated by being watched by the very strangers I was trying to avoid and offered no out for, and also feeling trapped and like I wasted money by paying for more insecurity and observation. All i wanted was to be able to feel comfortable in my breasts without a man there to make me uncomfortable. But i am now permanently scarred and nerve damaged while I already have life-dictating levels of anxiety and self consciousness that affect my ability to be both platonically social and have romantic relationships. My other plastic surgeon was so confused on her methods he requested surgery notes to see if she f***** up more than she was admitting to me because he saw visual damage in my breasts from surgery. I can't believe I spent all this money to continue to feel insecure and hate my body and breasts. I can't be naked with sexual partners. I can't even look at them in the mirror. It upsets me so much. I've waited years to get feeling back and I have none and it's scary. I might not be able to breastfeed. I regret Hein so much and will for the rest of my life. I will never get my nerves or dignity back. Please do not get surgery from Hein- you will never be comfortable with yourself or partners again. My scars look like bear mauls. After losing a significant amount of weight years ago, I decided the ongoing complications and…read morediscomfort from the excess, loose skin had gotten to be too much of a burden to keep dealing with, and looked around for a surgeon to perform abdominoplasty. I narrowed it down to 3, and, after meeting with them all, it was clear to me that Dr. Markarian was the right person to turn to (the others were great, but there was a clear difference in his bedside manner, dedication, accessibility, etc, and you just knew he was the one to choose). The surgery went well, but it is a big operation with risks, and a tough recovery. Having had many other operations and hernia surgery, I knew what to expect, and was ready for this. It's important to have realistic ideas of how things will go. Part of that was my resolve that what I would see at my first post-op appointment would not look good or resemble what I would call my ideal outcome. Between swelling, bruising, a relatively fresh wound, etc, I prepared myself to not like what I saw, and to suspend judgement. I even contemplated just not looking at it to avoid risking any disappointment or regret. Dr. Markarian said to me the night of my surgery when he called to check on me, and again in that first appointment that he was really happy with how it looked even when I was laying in the OR, and that I'd be happy with it, but of course he'd say that, right? I tempered my expectations, discounted what he said, and went for a look. I was honestly blown away. With literally zero expectations except perhaps being ready to be a bit horrified, I got to see something that honestly could look just like that and never get better, and I'd be happy with it. It was so much better than what I was coming from before the operation. I've worked really hard on my fitness over the past 20 years, and this was the first time I actually felt like what I saw outside matched who I was inside, under all that skin. If that's where I was starting from, the idea of how it will only get better has just been amazing. I'm now 2 weeks ago, and it is looking better, but obviously has a long way to go. My recovery is going really well because I'm following Dr. Markarian's advice and guidance on compression, cleaning and treating the area, the right level of activity (basic walking around the house or light errands like going for gas; but not going for a walk outside), etc. I'm also making it easier on my body to heal by eating clean and healthy, and trying to rest as much as I can (which can be hard because it's not the most comfortable thing to sleep propped up with tight binders around your midsection). And through this, Dr. Markarian has shown that the personality I read in that first appointment is genuine. He's been so open, responsive, kind, caring and just a good human being. He's also clearly a skilled surgeon who takes his work really seriously and puts a lot of himself into it. I honestly couldn't be happier with things, which is not at all something I thought I'd be saying at 1 or 2 weeks. I figured it would be at least 3 months until I would know if this was the right call or not. Just so thankful to Dr. Markarian. This is literally life changing. I'm sharing this in praise of Dr. Markarian, but also specifically because, as a man, I feel that men don't tend to talk about operations like this, or get them in the first place. We stay silent or just deal with it. I'm hoping this helps folks realize it doesn't have to be that way.

Patient Feedback: I…read moresaw this ENT for a minor ear issue. While I don't expect every doctor to have perfect bedside manner, my experience during this visit left me uncomfortable. The doctor asked about my profession, but before I could answer, he interrupted and guessed that I was an administrative assistant. While I've held that role before and respect it deeply, the assumption -- and the way it was delivered -- came across as dismissive and unprofessional. He also explained post-care instructions in a tone that felt overly condescending, including how to avoid getting water in my ear as if I'd never taken a shower before. I came for medical care, not to be talked down to. Additionally, the office staff didn't inform me that the doctor was running 30 minutes behind. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way toward showing respect for patients' time. I recognize that other reviews speak highly of this physician, so perhaps I caught him on an off day. Still, the interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing and left a poor impression. I will not be back. It's also worth mentioning that the office requires a credit card to be kept on file "just in case of charges." In all my years of visiting various doctors, I've never encountered that policy before, and it felt out of step with standard practice.

For some reason they use both MGB Patient Gateway and AthenaHealth, and it appears that they don't have either one set up properly. As a result, they besiege patients with reminders, confirmations, and early check-ins. Seven calls in less than a week. Text after text. (After STOP after STOP.) Emails upon emails. I called to make an appointment. No sooner had I hung up than the phone rang with their number. Thinking they were calling back to let me know there was a problem or something, I rather foolishly answered. Nope. Automated reminder about the appointment I had literally just made. Productive! And their response? Breathtaking lack of empathy, self-awareness, and responsibility. It's not their fault. Nothing's their fault. Never. Why are you even talking to us about this? Can't you see we're not interested? Twice as frustrating as all the calls and messages combined. "The computer did that, not me." Um, actually, only half the calls were from the computer. The rest were from two of them sitting five feet apart who didn't coordinate. Can't blame the computer for that! "We don't control that." Really? Who do they think controls it? Because we're old enough to see a lot of doctors pretty often in this house, and they're the only ones with this problem. And, as has been elsewhere observed, they have a bizarre obsession with having a credit card on file so they can bill the patient for whatever, whenever. On my first visit, I pulled out my Apple Card (which does not have any visible card information) and they just about lost their minds. They nearly refused to keep the appointment because they couldn't make a copy of it in case they needed to charge me later. (Spoiler alert: they didn't.) They had to get Dr Kieff to make a special exception to their policy. And, as with the notification problem, this appears to be entirely because they don't know and don't care how the technology the practice depends on actually works. While I was in the waiting room, the person ahead of me checking out was complaining about the exact same thing. And they got the exact same dismissive response I eventually got, along with some very unnecessary sarcasm. When my turn came, the minute I told them I was frustrated by this, they sternly told me to leave. (Which I did, never to return.) I think they knew I was going to ask to speak to the Doctor about it since they clearly didn't care. They're also the ones that answer the phones and open the mail. My guess is that while they surely generate a lot of these types of complaints, they're also able to keep those complaints from ever making it to the doctor. So I suspect Dr. Kieff, who, again, seems like a pretty decent ENT, is not aware of much of this. Which is a shame.
