Went in there sold some gold I had 4.4 gs of 22kt gold that was weight an tested before I had went to pond shop they lied an said that it was only 10 kt gold and weighted almost 3 gs this place is very unhonest so please be aware they can not be trusted an will get over on you anytime they can. I called about selling my chromebook laptop today which i bought brand new in December 2018 and they told me as long as it's not older then 2 years. Well I went in to sell it and the lady was nice helping me out and started ringing it up but then another worker walked in asked how old it was and as soon as she said 2018 he gave a strict no cant do it which to me sounded rude. Yes I am disabled and trying to use the money for a new laptop for my college classes as well as food but cause of him now I cant. My laptop was just under 2 years old so why couldn't i sell it and why is it considered too old? i will take my business somewhere else and not with the rude guy at this location. he will be the reason i dont come back. Came here a couple years ago and again last week to sell some things. The people here are friendly and honest. I had a couple watches that they made an offer on, but they told me I might get a better offer if I came back the next day to speak to another employee who is more of an expert with watches. I appreciate the consideration rather than just trying to make a deal that benefits them. I got reasonable offers both times I was here. This location has been around for a long time and it shows. The staff are incredibly friendly but also very honest and don't sugarcoat things. As much as they want to help people out, in the end they have to run a business and are incredibly fair in that regard. I've pawned a few items over the past 5 years and I trust them to keep them safe and have had my items returned in the same condition. The staff is nice enough, but honestly I don't think they really know what they're doing, for example when they make an offer on an item they just jump on Google And they make you an uninformed offer based on vaguely accurate information, which is usually pretty low ball even for a pawnshop. They seem to have zero knowledge, or bad information regarding the merchandise in the store, even one person didn't understand the difference between a guitar and guitar amplifier, and seriously the difference isn't that difficult, they also don't understand the difference between vintage and not vintage gear. And the really disheartening part about all this is they aren't even curious, or interested and being great at their jobs, so they seem to settle for mediocre, or just barely good enough, maybe it's the corporate culture, which seems to poison everything anyway. In any event I won't be back, they have 15 year old computers in there they trying to sell for $300... Sad and pathetic read more

When I think of a pawn shop, I automatically tend to think negatively- like it's going to be sleazy or shady place that is going to end up jacking me on money. Thank God for this place! I have been pleasantly proven wrong! Not only is this a super nice spot with upper class items, but everyone that works there is absolutely amazing with a pleasant and surprising sense of integrity. Sometimes when I consider selling something, I like talking it over with my girls first. If my girls are not around though, I am more than happy to just talk to Gerardo at the shop. He is a perfect blend of knowledge, honesty, and efficiency with the sweetest family-like disposition. He didn't try and push me to make any decisions right away. In fact he actually said some of the same things that my girls would have said had I been able to talk to them about it! Ramon is, lucky for us all, just as awesome! Called yesterday to sell my pool ball que. not just any que, very high end and well over 500$ worth. I call and I'm put on hold 3 time over the span of 45 minutes because he "forgot I was on the phone" and "they were SWAMPED and very busy." While I'm on hold the automated message says that you can bring any item around your house and get it looked at. So after him telling me they might not even be interested and putting me on hold again, I just drove there.
