She asked me to pay with physical card and I told her that i dont carry physical card, so if they can email/text me the link to pay, i told her i will go home and pay with with my card. She seemed very shocked and seemed surprised that i cant pay the copay...Im not sure why she couldnt understand but she kept asking me that she sent the link to pay and asked me to pay. I explained again and again for 3 times that i cant pay right now but she was persistent to get the copay paid. I gave her a complaint and as I was telling her that i was upset, she got up and left the desk. At the end i was upset that she was an able, mentally stable adult but does not know how to provide basic customer service skills to customers. Doctor here is nice but unfortunately i will be switching pediatrician due to incompetent receptionist.... I searched and called various offices to make the appointment specifically with a female pediatrician for my daughter. I was disappointed to learn from my husband that Dr. Fermin was no longer practicing medicine and that the clinic had not informed me of this change in their practice. I felt misled and deceived because I believed that my daughter would see a female pediatrician. This experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the clinic's communication and professionalism.
