The ring I owned was made of Portuguese gold, so my thought was why not take it to a Portuguese jeweler. When I walked in the staff was warm and welcoming which was a plus. They looked at my ring, gave me a very reasonable price, and gave me a decent time line for my resizing. When I got the ring back it was perfect and they stuck to the quoted price. The store also had a ton of beautiful items which was nice but some of the prices were a bit high. That being said, since it is a small family owned business and not a chain jewelry store, I expected the slightly higher pricing. In the end, this was a great store and I would take any of my jewelry here to get repaired.

My wife said not now and wanted to know where to retrieve my watch and was told it was at their E. Longmeadow location which was where my wife went to retrieve my watch after 5 weeks of no repairs!
