Within 2 minutes the food came out and it was all bagged up. The lovely man behind the counter (i wish i had caught him name!!!!) rushed over and apologized for the inconvenience and then said he refunded the order. This was completely unexpected i never ever thought i would be refunded i just wanted what i had paid for. I told him he didn't have to do that and he just told me to have a good night and enjoy dinner. To say i was shocked was an understatement. I nearly cried it was just such a nice gesture. So now i get home and i take the food out and get my husband his dinner and a realize because they messed up not adding the second patty they remade the entire smash burger fries and added the second patty. I realized why it had taken so long. They remade the entire thing and didn't just put a patty in a box for me. This place goes above and beyond for their customers and the food is fantastic. My husband and i will be coming here every time we want a burger and will Be recommending it to all our friends and family. Not many places out there value customer service the way Archie's does.
