So, instead of going back to the tire shop, I came George's shop. Best decision! George is very friendly and informative. He allowed me to watch the whole process and taught me things while he worked on my truck. What surprised me at the end. We actually went on a test drive to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend George's shop! Great guy and service.

Went over here because my car is a little under 6 years old and has already needed multiple sets of tires due to inner tire wear, which is notorious from model Xs. He explained and showed the whole process to me. He took his time with the work, and the pictures will show the before and after I had terrible camber and he fixed it. We came to George so that he could help us fix the brakes, which were not working properly. The brakes were not very sensitive and the whole car became wobbly when you drove downhill and tried to reduce your speed. George fixed this issue really well and now the brakes are much more sensitive and the car remains steady after braking. Given his expertise, we also decided to get the alignment service, which improved the structure of the tires. Finally, the splash shield for our car was completely broken and George kindly agreed to install the new one. He did a great job, and now the car feels truly like new. I recently had an alignment done along with installation of hub-centric rings, and overall I'm very satisfied with the results. George took the time to properly center the wheels using the correct hub-centric rings, which made a noticeable difference in how the car drives. Before the service, I was experiencing slight vibrations at higher speeds and a bit of uneven steering feel. I would like to thank George for getting my truck aligned, after a terrible experience last week at another alignment shop I went on a journey to find a good reputable shop to fix the previous shops disaster. After digging through forums and reading reviews I felt good about paying a visit to George. George corrected the alignment as I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. What I enjoyed about George is you are literally in the room with him as he is doing the work explaining to you what your looking at on the screen. It was educational and I learned about the process. And then he takes you on a test drive as well, first he drives then you drive. A great experience and I highly recommend! Added new pic got another Alignment with George with my camper, if you need your truck camper aligned Georges facility can accommodate the height easily. Thanks again George! read more

As a female, I'm always a little uneasy about going to auto shops because I've often been upsold on unnecessary services, but man, not only was it reassuring to see all the software and technology used, but George was also so amazing about walking me through everything. He literally let me sit and watch the entire process -- showed me the diagnostics, explained what everything meant and correctly guessed the exact issues I've been having. Updating my review after reading the owner's response, because several statements are incorrect. The only times I have ever spoken with the owner were: 1. The day of the alignment service. 2. Today, after I followed up. There was no earlier conversation where he "offered to check it." That did not happen. After the alignment was completed, I did not speak with him again until today. On February 7th, I sent a text message regarding the steering wheel being slightly off-center. I received no response. After waiting, I sent a follow-up message today and was then told to call. That call was the first conversation we had since the alignment. About two weeks after paying $140, I noticed the steering wheel was slightly off-center, although the car drives straight. I waited intentionally to rule out road crown before reaching out. During today's call, instead of simply offering to recheck the centering, I was told that if the machine detects any "damage," I would be charged again. I have not hit any potholes or curbs. The issue appeared shortly after the alignment. The public response implies that I damaged my own vehicle and delayed returning after being offered a recheck. That is not accurate. There was no earlier offer, and there was no prior follow-up conversation. This was the highest price I have personally paid for an alignment. When customers pay premium pricing, they expect professional communication and reasonable follow-up. Being immediately warned about additional charges rather than reassured does not inspire confidence. After posting my review, I also received a phone call after 11:00 p.m., which I found unprofessional. I am sharing the facts of my experience so others can decide what level of service and communication they are comfortable with. read more

I called and George was able to get me serviced within that hour. I had installed some aftermarket rear camber arms on my Tesla to fix the premature tire wear problem on the Model Y. He was familiar with the issue and assured me he can get everything to spec. They have the latest Hunter alignment machine and George wasted no time aligning the wheels. I have a lowered Porsche and I've struggled finding a place that can do an alignment on my lowered car without having to pay an arm and a leg.George's is amazing who has the latest equipment to be able to align my vehicle without having me having to do anything with my suspension. I went with George because he was open Saturdays, when many other mechanics are closed. I bought my Ford Edge in without an appointment, and he was able to fit me in and changed out all 4 of my brakes and rotors same-day. It was very hassle-free. I'd recommend George for any brake work. read more

Fine, I needed it anyways since I'm in a time crunch and about to do traveling so I needed to do it. However my main issue was the cost. I paid 658$ for all 4 tires. Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. There's other reasonably priced tires around the area, unfortunately they were about to close at the time I needed it done.

I went in for a routine tire swap on my BMW M3, came out with my Vossen x Work VWS-1 Matte Bronze Rims scuffed/damaged all around the lip on both driver and passenger rear wheels, had those wheels for years, now they are ruined. The owner refuses to help with repair my rims which were damaged at their shop. He gave me 200$ towards repairing the rims, and upon inspection the rim tech told me these rims are unrepairable due to being anodized, and reanodizing requires a very specific process which is very limited in California and would ultimately require the replacement of the rim. Not to mention the owner told me they have no insurance, how do you not have insurance? Is this a joke? Anodized finishes cannot be spot-repaired, polished, or blended, and most repair facilities in California are unable to re-anodize these wheels. As a result, the damage caused during service necessitates either full refinishing through specialized facilities or outright replacement. This is not cosmetic wear; it is service-related damage. I will be pursuing my legal options and make sure no one else encounters this situation. IF YOU HAVE NICE WHEELS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

I specifically asked the tech if they can put my car back to factory spec, he said no problem. I picked the car back up and drove it not even 4 months. The tires are completely worn out because the tech said -3.5 is the factory spec! That's completely false! The factory spec is -0.88 (which they have ON FILE). so came back to the shop and Hugo refused to help me with new tires, they only refunded the cost of the alignment. He agreed that the alignment was done incorrectly and that the tires are worn due to their negligence, but he doesn't care and won't do anything about covering the cost of the tires. Don't trust these crooks, they just came, raised the prices, and refused to do the right thing.

Costco has sales on their tires throughout the year, so I try to get the tires when the sales are happening. The order estimated it would take few weeks to arrive at the warehouse, but the tires arrived within a week. I also booked the installation appointment online too. I got myself a 10AM appointment. I arrived at 9:45 and they were already open and let me check my car in. Estimated 1.5 to 2 hours and they did complete the installation by that time. When I checked my car, the car was left unlocked and one of the tires was under filled. So I told the technician and he said that for tesla, the tires inflation doesn't reflect until I drive the car. I drove 30 minutes to my next destination and the tire was still under filled. I ended up just filling it myself at home, but will be keeping an eye to see if the pressure maintains. Costco should be aware that tesla updated their software so the cars now show real time tire pressures. And they should lock the cars when they are done servicing them.

I called 6 shops to find if anyone had the capability to do an alignment on a lowered S2000 "S2K". Out of all the shops in the northridge area not one had the ability to use wood and adjust the suspension to my specifications EXCEPT George. When I called him and explained how low my s2000 suspension was he said "stop by and we will make it happen." I get to the shop and immediately I see this brand new hunter aligner. We get it on the rack without any issues. George aligns the car perfectly, all number match the other side and he took his time while doing so which I really appreciate. He does align the car to your specifications AS LONG AS the vehicle can be adjusted to those specs. If the vehicle can't be adjusted to those specs he will at least try his hardest to get them to an acceptable range. I have another s2000 alignment that needs to get done which I will update photos accordingly. BTW the tires are 275... Not alot of shops have the confidence to align a car like this... read more

I was looking for a place that had a pit for my Vette as it sits low but when I called George, he told me to bring it over & he would take a look. His ramp has been modified for some lower vehicles & my Vette was able to drive up on his ramp with no issues. Helped me realign my 2017 Honda civic very quick - called him at 11am on MLK day told me to come in at 12 and was out of there in about half an hour.. he's also helping me outside of the alignment so I do appreciate his service. This is the place to go for Alignment and Brake Services. George went above and beyond in helping me today. I had an issue left unresolved from another local shop, and stopped here on a whim.
