NIGHTMARE. Best Buy assumes no responsibility, "there's nothing we can do" I'm told. Honestly went through Best Buy to avoid the EBay and Amazon disaster however it seems I would've had better luck with their competitors who value their customers and satisfactory rates. I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected. Of course I couldn't get it working and hadn't yet photographed the correct cord setup. I called them & they came right back and patiently set it up, correctly again. Hopefully I will not have any more A/V issues but if I do, would not hesitate in calling them again.

Called him twice with no call back. Called the Geek Squad. at Best Buy in Destin and explained the issue. We were told if we wanted additional service we would have to pay again. Requested to speak to a manager. Was told he would call the following day. Did not receive a call back. It is obvious that the Geek Squad and Best Buy to not stand behind their service. The total time between the install and lack of response was two weeks. Cannot recommend any service involving the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Destin, FL

The delivery team will come and drop off equipment when you believe that the installation crew is finally coming to install the equipment.  Yes, this has been my experience with Best Buy in Destin. I just don't believe this is how you treat a long term customer that has paid to be part of their special club. Well any customer for that matter.  I told the delivery guys to take the product back where they got it and I will cancel my membership and get a refund on the equipment I purchased from them. The degree of communication and the apathy for the customer leads me to find a different company to supply my electronics and appliance needs. Seriously, think twice before using this company.
