Then right out of the Twilight Zone, the manager starts saying to me as I'm leaving, "Are you gonna buy the tire?" He said it three times. As if he thought just the force of his presence will get me to comply with his demands. I told him, "No, I was just trying to get a quote on a tire, not book a flight to Paris. I told him I was 68 years old and I don't have time to wait this long for such a trivial matter." He instantly banned me from his pitiful little tire shop right there. Leaving me, in his mind, with no other means of purchasing tires for the rest of my natural life... He really ruined my life with that one! I'm guessing he doesn't have a business degree, but I do, and it's not too smart to start banning people for silly things in a town of 16,000 people with the next nearest town 20 miles away and at least four other places to buy tires in town, not including online! He actually chased me out into the parking lot and he devolved into what you say is what you are, which he was very proud to use, because that's all he's got. I didn't get a well spring of deep thought coming from this gentleman! When people have absolutely no respect for their customer's time, let alone their freedom of movement, they don't deserve your business!

First two times we only needed to have a title and picture ID and proof of insurance to get the vehicle from tow yard. This last time the rules changed and they needed a valid drivers license title and proof of insurance. We have not been able to register the vehicle as of yet because the local law enforcement continually tows the car illegally even though it has proof of insurance and moving permits as we have been in the process of fixing a check engine light on the sensors. With all the money and spent on towing costs over 1300.00 we could have had the car insured for another 6 months smogged and registered by now. BBB is going to have the complaint now. Hopefully all these fake 5 star reviews will start to diminish as their company certainly deserves to fail based on practices like this alone.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

He can change batteries, struts, starters, COOLING systems, alternators, etc. His pricing was competitive but what was really awesome was that I didn't have to plan my day around getting to an auto shop to drop my car off, get a ride to work, wait, wait, wait and then get a ride back to the shop. Kenny was a really nice guy who changed out the little battery to my Prius with another new Toyota battery. All done in less than an hour and I was able to keep working at my job and eat lunch.
