If they treat a Veteran this way, dismissing clear safety issues instead of owning their mistake, I worry about how they're treating other Veterans, seniors, and families who rely on honest service. We have not been able to register the vehicle as of yet because the local law enforcement continually tows the car illegally even though it has proof of insurance and moving permits as we have been in the process of fixing a check engine light on the sensors. With all the money and spent on towing costs over 1300.00 we could have had the car insured for another 6 months smogged and registered by now. BBB is going to have the complaint now. Hopefully all these fake 5 star reviews will start to diminish as their company certainly deserves to fail based on practices like this alone.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment.
