Ok so after I picked up the car no lights were on I thought all was good however when I drove to work the light came on and the screeching started again which gave me the indication that the front brakes needed to be fixed vs the back brakes which was according to him back brakes cost more. Now this was not my first time having work done I have had service here before when GENO was manager there and he was awesome, honest and customer service friendly I trusted him in the direction he took me in but this new manager Daniel is the complete opposite of GENO I truly don't see this establishment last with him being in charge lying to customers to make the shop money they always seem to not have customers as when GENO was there they were always busy now I know why I would not recommend this place as a honest shop to fix what needs to be repaired BEWARE of Daniel!

She didn't understand her use of a double negative indicating it would cost 'something'. As soon as I left the property it was very clear neither brake nor steering fluid had been touched, so I went to an auto parts store to buy both brake and steering fluids. It was THEN I learned Jiffy Lube had broken my brake fluid cap. How do I KNOW it was them? Because 30 mins earlier I'd had a smog test and the mechanic there told me "your steering sounds low on fluid," so whole in his shop I popped the hood and checked em both. That's what inspired me to visit this Jiffy Lube whose work is now very suspect in my mind. I called the Jiffy Lube location and the manager was out, but I was promised a return call that never came. It cost $15.00 to replace the cap they broke, not to mention the time finding one, and then getting under the truck to be sure the oil plug has been properly reinstalled. I won't be returning, obviously, because what "ain't not gonna cost nuthin'" could have been very spendy had I not checked their work.

My girlfriend came to this shop with a fuel level sensor issue (the little floaty thingy in the gas tank that tells your car how much fuel you have), code p0463, which is a fairly inexpensive fix. They quoted her $650 for a new fuel pump, $50 for a fuel pump seal, and $175 in labor. Came out to $1000-$1100 after taxes and the diagnostic fee. Not only were they trying to give her the most expensive fix possible, they were egregiously ripping her off for a fuel pump (as cheap as $200 third party). . To top things off, all it took to fix it in the driveway was buying a replacement fuel sending unit ($80) and watching a youtube video to replace it. If they were honest and just fixed that, I wouldn't have to be writing this review. . Even if we decided to replace the entire fuel pump, after doing a bunch of research online, the cost of replacing a fuel pump for this model of car should never be the close to $1100 she was quoted. . Now with all the great reviews this place has, I'm sure we just got unlucky with a bad apple of a technician. But please, please be careful as they seemingly tried to take advantage of my girlfriend who doesnt know anything about cars. GET A SECOND OPINION!
