after purchasing new expensive tires for 2 different 1/2 ton pickups, had valve stems fail 2 different times 2 weeks apart, that left me stranded twice, however they did fix the defective stems both times, but being gun shy and concerned about the remaining 2, I wanted them to change out the remaining stems in fear of another failure, in which they did, but they charged me around 40 bucks! not fair! not my fault you purchase cheap valve stems, probably imported, also tire tech kids, not very experienced, for they left off twice the chrome valve stems sleeves, in which I had to bring it to their attention, and should know how to drive a stick shift, this complaint may seem alittle ticky tacky, however let's not forget, random stem failures left me Stranded twice, and seems like a small town reputable company would try to make it right, but I could tell the manager was annoyed by my problem, probably because they overbooked, and are allways behind the gun read more

Long story short....on our way from Henderson to willow beach for the weekend in our 5 th wheel toy hauler, another car on the hwy flagged us over saying our left trailer tires were bouncing violently. Couldn't feel anything in the truck. Pulled into Ralph's tires at 2:30 on a Thursday. Both tires on the left were completely out of round and were ready to separate. The place was swamped with work but the staff took the time right then and there to replace both tires even tho they were very busy. This saved us! Amazing customer service. This could have canceled our entire weekend but Ralph's got us back on the road quickly. We will be back for the other 2 tires to be replaced Monday. They now have our business for life! Wanted to find a local Boulder City tire repair shop and saw that Ralph's Tire Pros had a lot of great reviews on Google and Yelp. So, my wife and I dropped off our Toyota in the morning and we were told that the tire repair should only take a matter of hours and be done by the afternoon sometime. Justin was super pleasant and really made us immediately feel like we had made the right decision. We went back in the afternoon to get our car and Justin again was there to greet and take care of us...awesome guy! The staff too, were all nice and professional. My wife and I have dealt with Ralph and his friendly, knowledgable staff many times before, and have always been satisfied with their work, and pricing. Today, however, they managed to outdo themselves! As happens all too often in our town it seems, I ended up with 2 punctures to a tire. I had the tire off of the car. I called the shop, and inquired if it could be fixed. Cindy assured me they would do their best. I dropped off the tire, they began work on it right away, and had it repaired, and loaded back into my truck in less than 45 minutes. Wow. Not only did they exceed my expectations with being able to do the repair, they did it fast, and were friendly while doing it. We were traveling through with a 30 ft horse trailer and had a flat tire. I called to make sure that there was room for the trailer and they said no but park on the street and they would try to get us taken care of. We had to park across the street. They brought a jack to us and removed the tire and fixed it. We were back on the highway in about a half hour even though they were very busy. read more

I don't live in Boulder City but i got a flat there, had enough air to Google tire repair and roll in here, saw that my rear was pretty torn and needed a replacement, Drew here was but only knowledgeable, but also super awesome, he had to order a New because i have larger aftermarket tires and so he plugged the tire and send me on the way, first thing next am i was back and got the new tire installed in less than 20 minutes, only complaint i have is that i wish this shop was closer to Henderson. They directed me to take my flat to Ralph's in BC and I'm glad they did. Drew handled my situation with professionalism and efficiency. It was evident to me that he valued me as a customer even though I was not a local and not making a big purchase. He did everything he could to get me back on the road and back on my vacation ASAP. Called with a brake problem while on trip. Said they were booked dnd I asked if they could just do a courtesy check so I could know how serious the problem was. Drew said if i could come in an hour he could fit me in for that. I showed up and Andrew (different person) met with me and got my truck in after a quick test drive. No serious issue and they cleaned up my brakes and told me to return if the problem came back. Suggested a simple solution which seemed to work. They did not charge me!! I let him a $20 and told him to buy the tech and himself lunch!! While I was there several other customers came in and were handled so well. We have been to Ralph's several times and are always happy. They don't try to get you to do things that don't need to be done (in two cases we had been told by another shop in town that we needed unnecessary repairs). Their prices are fair. And the last time my husband dropped his truck off they gave him a ride home! Can't say enough about them. Honest and the work is done right. Every time! I just had new tires put on my Durango and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. They came recommended from co-workers that have all had good experiences there. A friend of mine thought he needed bew breaks, when another shop told him he did. Ralph's tires did not rip him off. They were honest and did not reccomend new breaks when the work wasn't needed to be done. Good honest people and great work. I will continue to bring my car therefor future repairs. Oh...
