    Craig was great nice and honest will be back. Other stores tend to rip off. Plus craig is local guy raised in boulder city.

    Where should I start…read more.... I was a loyal customer of this Establishment for several years, taking my projects here thinking I was being treated well and given quality work. However between myself and my families many of thousands of dollars I made a great discovery, I can do the work myself, correctly. I brought a stock pickup to this garage running and driving. I required an intake gasket repair and was quoted $600 and 2 days for said work. Two weeks and almost $3000 later, I basically had a brand new top end, new catalytic converter's, new alternator and was back on the road... for several days. I then brought my pickup back due to a check engine light. I was told the timing was off and a test drive and reving the engine to 5k rpm's would reset it. Well the reving and test drive resulted in a blown engine. To the credit of the garage they agreed to give me the labor of installing my new crate 350 for free... after I spent $3500 on the new engine and parts. Now for the more serious issue, yes it keeps going. I had this same garage install rear lowering springs, front and rear sway bars as well as new upper and lower a arms. While this was being completed I decided to pop for the more expensive coilovers up front. I had done much research and was extremely excited to get a superior product. Upon dropping all my boxes off I talked with the owner who advised me that they would need to drill out the lower a arms so that the coilovers could set on top of them now. This is how they are designed to function as stock shocks sit under and are bolted on under using threaded screws. Well I picked up the truck and drove on it for about 500 miles, speeds up to 75mph, corners, downhill curves.... Until one day I noted the front passenger side tire was starting to rub on the inner fender well.... Not thinking much of this and assuming the coils had settled in and required adjustment I crawled under the truck only to discover the hardware had all snapped off from the mounting locations... further it was discovered the grade 8 hardware supplied by the manufacturer had been swapped out with local hardware store nuts and bolts... the biggest discovery was that the hardware and coils were not installed as discussed nor to the manufactures specs. The holes were never drilled and the coilovers were sat in place the same as stock shocks. This discovery was also made at the same time as I realized the only thing holding the front end together and keeping me from a sure car accident was the coilovers themselves. The hardware had snapped apart and the housing of the tubes were resting barley on the corner of the a arms. I immediately contacted the shop owner supplying him with photos and asking what could be done. I was met promptly with a reply of I could bring it up but he didn't know when he would be able to get to it as he had other jobs working. Wow! Thousands of dollars, many referrals and I get bring it by and I'll see what we can do. This is all mind blowing as I could have been seriously injured and the shop could care less. I was forced to take the vehicle off the road and rent a car for several weeks while repairs were My father and I were able to do the repairs ourselves and I paid for yet another Alignment and to have the front sway bar reinstalled... correctly. All in all I would highly advise thinking twice and reading my story again before making any decisions. I know my safety was placed in jeopardy and my bank account took a serious hit as a result of my loyalty to this shop.

    We were headed back to California when we noticed the low tire pressure indication. Turns out,…read morescrew in the left rear tire. Didn't have an appointment, but stopped in. Eric basically dropped everything and took care of us on the spot (we probably had a look of desperation). Couldn't patch the tire because the screw was too near the sidewall. But Eric's cohort (didn't catch his name-my bad) swapped the damaged tire for our spare and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. Terrific customer service by both gentlemen. I go to Lake Mead four to five times a year, and I have had, on occasion, vehicle issues of one sort or the other. These two definitely earned all future business and any referrals I can give.     I made an appt on Thursday for Friday morning. She gave me a quote. 40.22 for a simple oil change…read more They were running a special. 34.95 plus tax. My appt was at 9 am. I showed at 8.50am. He told me I had no appointment scheduled. Strike 1, I informed I drove a very long way because had Meinke in BC before. He told me there were 3 cars ahead of me. And I was looking the oil change would be complete around 1pm. I explained I am dog sitting a 15 year old dog and that is why I made the appt. He also told me I would have to pay 65.00 plus tax for the oil change. I told him what the lady quoted me. With tax included. Strike 2. My car was done by 1015 am I paid for it signed a document and started to leave he said the key was in the ignition. Then he wait. I turned and he came in with the door to my cap broken off. He it broke off during the servicing. Well that a lie. I said what we're doing with the gas ? It was a simple oil change? He said it part of the service. Well that's a lie. And he said if I get the part he will install it for free. I said there there was nothing wrong with my gas cap door before. He handed me the broken gas cap cover and proceeded to talk me it fell off. It was clearly snapped off. I have pictures. I spent so much time dealing with this problem I had to go back to where I was dog sitting. When I got back to the dog I called Meineke customer service. I spoke to Ludy. I filed a complaint and I wanted this repaired at no charge for parts and labor. This is not my fault. I've never had this happen before. As of today Monday no one has contacted me from corp or district office. I need this resolved immediately. I will never use Meinke again. Not ever. The manager lied for his employee. Did not offer anything except not charge me if I bought a new part. On my car that was not broken in the first place. NEVER EVER Go here they are liars and thieves. I am a senior on a very strict income. I have photos of the damage. I am zero position to be able to get this fixed when it wasn't broken in the first place. I'm afraid to go anywhere to park my car because could steal my gas in the car. This ELDER ABUSE . This is on NOT me. Shame on you Meinke the worst customer service ever. I cannot believe you have someone that works for you that lied. I would think you would be in a better corporate position to not hire a liar to cover for your employee. It didn't fall off he snapped it off. The pictures will prove that. Now since no one has called it's time for action. If someone doesn't call me by end of business today. I'll go up the corporate ladder. Strike 3 Meinke will loose a lot of customers in Boulder City. I've live in Nevada for 50 years. I'm not a liar and I'm not a cheat. Plus he charged me 5.00 more for the oil change. Than what Elizabeth quoted me over the phone. Shame on all of you.
