Since then we've used them for oil changes, getting an extra key, routine service, etc. They're always punctual, courteous, and each person makes you feel like they actually care about your patronage. Dishonest Pricing & Bait-and-Switch Tactics - Beware Unprofessional, lacking integrity, and flat-out dishonest about prices. Their "online express store" is a complete lie. My experience on 9/26/25 mirrors another review from 9/15/25, proving this isn't an isolated issue. On 9/25/25, we "ordered" one of their advertised car specials through the website based on the sale price and financing shown online. The system requires everything, SS# for financing, proof of insurance, driver's license, trade-in photos, before you can submit. They ran my husband's credit (he qualified for Infiniti financing), but only after the credit check did finance admit that the $8,000 dealer discounts and rebates would not apply if we used their financing. If those incentives weren't valid, why does the system allow you to "order" the vehicle showing both the financing and discounts together? Classic bait-and-switch. They provide a written sales quote, run your credit, and only then reveal the real cost. It gets worse. The finance manager tried to tack on nearly $2,000 for a "protection package" I had already declined when placing the order. He then claimed he could run different financing at a much higher interest rate with the incentives and rebates. Each time I asked, "What is the sale price with and without incentives/rebates?" he repeated, "Well, the price doesn't change." Yes, it absolutely does change. Do you think I'm stupid?!!! I know exactly what they were doing, which makes this experience even more infuriating. I expect shady tactics from some dealers, but a luxury brand should hold itself to higher standards. The GM and finance team let this process run all the way to the end before clarifying the price, making this next-level sleazy. I'm a current Infiniti owner in Waco (where there is no Infiniti dealership), and I would rather drive to Fort Worth or Dallas for service than ever set foot in this dealership. Georgetown Infiniti just lost a service customer without me even walking through their doors. Save yourself the headache, don't ever step foot into a dealership, especially this one, until you get a firm offer, and do not trust the online pricing or promises from Georgetown Infiniti. P.S. I buy all of my vehicles this way, and this is the only dealership that has ever pulled a bait-and-switch on me. Normally, everything is done in advance, and all we do at pickup is sign and go. Used car purchase We purchased a used, almost new, 2024 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. The test drive the day before was very efficient and pleasant. (This is the first time I have been to Georgetown Infiniti and Grant Von der Ahe was very helpful and patient with all our questions). The next day we brought in our trade-in, discussed terms and prices and came to an excellent deal. Grant and Chris very helpful with all the paperwork to complete the deal. It took about 5 hours because Grant had to access our frozen credit systems at Transunion and Experian, so that took a little extra time to unfreeze long enough for the credit check to be completed. I give Grant a lot of credit for knowing how to access these online systems with the information we were able to provide! It was overall a great experience. This dealership clearly lacks integrity and professionalism. We walked in knowing more about their inventory than their staff did, which they tried to blame on another team member providing incorrect information. They are unwilling to honor agreements and will gladly throw their own sales team and the company under the bus to cover their own interests. We received a quote from a sales representative, and it was also confirmed online during the financing application process. However, once we arrived at the dealership, the quote was dismissed. They claimed their online pricing was outdated, citing a promotion that expired last month--even though we were already halfway through the current month. They also insisted the salesperson who quoted us didn't have the authority to give that price. Their word--whether verbal or written--is completely unreliable, and they clearly have no concern for their customers or their reputation. The sales manager was rude, dismissive, and downright condescending, refusing to acknowledge what was clearly a bait-and-switch tactic. From buying my SUV here to the amazing service every visit has been amazing. I found the PERFECT for me QX60. The sales team was great to work with and low pressure. And when they didn't know something, they weren't afraid to say that and find the answer instead of making something up. I found a SUV online I liked and wrote the dealer and Kelton responded to me about the SUV I liked and answered my questions. I made an appointment to test drive it since I wasn't sure about the color. We showed up and everyone was super nice, the receptionist was super nice and walked over to Kelton, and all the sales people we ran into on the sales floor all said HI to us, and made us feel very welcomed to the dealer. We went to the waiting area and Kelton ran outside and drive the SUV to the side door running for us with the AC cooling the inside down for us and came in and told us, he was going to be another 10 or 15 mins and walked us out to the SUV and said please take it for a test drive to see how you like it, and take your time :) no pressure, no rushing, so we hopped in and took off and got a feel for the SUV and all the features to see if it was something we liked, more so for me the color. We ended back at the dealer and parked next to my current SUV to compare the size, and if it would fit in the garage with our other car. Kelton came out and was super nice and talked with us about our concerns and even said he could drive it over to our house to see if it would fit in the garage, ect ect. We ended up inside the dealer and had some check out my SUV for a trade in value and since the used car sales manager was out at the time they get back to us Monday with the number to see if we can work a deal or not. I found the perfect Jeep for my daughter's Birthday and shot a quick online message to inquire. In literally no time, Dakota Segree responded with more pictures and his contact. I, rudely, showed up unannounced on a quick errand, then sent an impromptu text to Dakota hoping he could show me the Jeep on the spot, which he did. Her Dad was out of town and was also excited about this vehicle, but disappointed he couldn't see it that day. We were afraid to lose this Jeep, so Dakota made it easy on us and proposed an excellent plan. We agreed I would hold the Jeep with a deposit, he would then get it detailed and inspected completely before showing her Dad when he could get there 2 days later to finalize the deal. Took my car in for a oil change and state inspection!! Typically with a oil change comes a all points inspection of fluids, breaks, tires etc. I picked up my car several hours later and when I arrived home I was reviewing my inspection and recommended services. I realized my brakes where not inspected. That is a very important safety issue and in the past has always been part of my oil change and inspection! I called the service writer twice (at the number provided) I also send two text messages and left a message with the service department. It has been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone with a answer to my simple question "why did they not inspect my breaks"? I am very disappointed! This is a new dealership that is closed to where I live. I still Have to drive 30 to 40 minutes but not an hour plus. But I simply can not depend on this service department to do a routine inspection of my car so how can I trust them to do any other service requirements I may need? read more
