I thought I will never have clean skin ever again. I have been trying many skincare from stores or…read morespecial skincare that professional dermatologist suggested, nothing worked this well. Specialist from DermApproach Venera is the person who changed my life literally! She is not the person who will give you fake promises, she is the professional who knows what she's doing, she explained every details and why my skin was in that condition and what I need to do. So, first of all she did peeling form The Perfect Derma, that peel cleaned all pores and peeled out dead skin as you can see on pictures, after that my skin was glowing and beautiful as new! Then she gave me all products that I need to use such as cleaning gel, active serum, vitamin C serum, oil free moisturizer (as my skin is super oily) and sunscreen. I can't even describe how I love this products. After 4 weeks using this products as directed I see difference that I couldn't see with using other products for mounts. So the products are fro iS clinical! And besides everything else Venera is such a nice and positive person who gives good vibes and helps to overcome skin problems and feel confident again. Thank you for helping me achieve this result! Attaching some pictures before and after peeling!!! It is a magical result!

Thank you, Sam sooo very much for accommodating me with a same-day appointment on 6/11!  I greatly…read moreappreciate your attentive response to my concerns.  Before I phoned you, several dermatologist offices could only see me the following week. Arnela's prompt attention to immediate evaluation and treatment for two urgent skin issues: a sudden rash after yard work and a suspicious mole helped prevent worsening symptoms and enabled a faster diagnosis.  Arnela was also able to do an overdue 3-year head-to-toe skin check and a biopsy all in the same visit!  The overwhelmingly relief of my immediate concerns made a significant difference in my peace of mind, and I truly appreciate her, Sam, and the office staff for their exceptional care and attention to me without a long wait or an unnecessary trip to the emergency room.     Most appreciative, LC B

I was getting prefilled syringes with some pink liquid with no vials from verified pharmacy- no content or lot number! after gaining 6Lb in 2 weeks I have reached out to Irina and even she agreed that it was strange! they continued supplying me with the higher doses and after not seeing the results I have questioned the medication and found out that it was NOT an FDA approved GLP but rather a compoud that I could have gotten online for a 5 times less amount $$$, also I was made to pay$3500 upfront which I am fighting now to get a refund! i will continue posting my journey so stay tuned! p.S do not go to this office for a weight loss - but if you do g do your homework in advance so that you don't repeat my mistake!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kochuba enough! He is a true artist and a double board certified plastic…read moresurgeon who went above and beyond in every way. After having six children, I had significant abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) that left me feeling defeated even after working out consistently at the gym. Dr. Kochuba repaired it beautifully, along with addressing the capsular contracture in one of my breasts. The results are truly amazing. I look like a new person. My abdomen is flat and strong again, something I thought I'd never have again! I feel confident in ways I haven't in years. From the very first consultation to the most recent post op appointment, Dr. Kochuba provided expert care. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered questions, and made me feel at ease. His attention to detail and surgical skill are outstanding. Recovery was great compared to most experiences I read about and I credit this to Dr. Kochuba's excellent surgical skill. He truly cares about delivering the best possible outcome, both visually and physically, and it shows in the results. The entire team at Austen-Weston was fantastic as well. Simone was wonderful (and patient, as I had many questions!) during my consultation, Katrina made sure I was comfortable and prepared the morning of surgery, and Anastasia provided caring support during my overnight stay, which I highly recommend adding on if you can. Even the Anesthesiologist did a perfect job and I wasn't even nauseas when waking up after surgery, which has happened every other time I've been put under. Every single staff member was professional, kind, and attentive. If you are considering restorative surgery, especially anything involving the abdomen or breast revision, Dr. Kochuba is the surgeon you want. He exceeded all my expectations and I am forever grateful for the transformation he gave me. Highly, highly recommend!

So, let's start with the positive: around 2001, I had a procedure here and was very happy with…read moreeverything. Recently, I went back for a second procedure, but this time after donating a kidney. The pre-op was a mess, including: - The practice contacting my transplant surgeon for clearance, even after I asked them not to. (At this point, she has no obligation to me except for routine monitoring. Plus, I haven't seen her as a patient since I donated four months ago.) - My "patient advisor" telling me, inaccurately, that they are concerned about my "liver" function. I pointed out that my liver function is just fine. - My "patient advisor" telling me that my (bad) kidney numbers "keep going up, up, up." That's simply not accurate. - The "patient advisor" telling me that they would give me Celebrex post-op. My response: "Um, no. As I told you earlier, as a kidney donor, I cannot take NSAIDs." - My "patient advisor" falsely telling me, apropos a possible discount, "As I told you earlier...." Again, that simply didn't happen. - The practice ignoring my PCP's clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months. - The practice ignoring my nephrologist's verbal clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months due to a minor blip in my kidney numbers. To be clear, they should have asked my nephrologist about a pre-op evaluation, not my surgeon. I'm pretty disappointed, as this was going to be my present to myself after kidney donation. To be clear: I appreciate their being careful. But when we are talking about my health, accuracy is key. And I am just not seeing it. Plus, while these inaccuracies may not be a big deal when individually considered, taken as a whole, they are deeply concerning. And I don't know how a patient can give informed consent when they are getting bad information about being given NSAIDs, etc. In fact, I don't know why you would give an NSAID to a patient post-surgery, but perhaps I'm missing something. I should also state, in fairness, that my patient advisor is very new, so that may be part of the issue. She also is not an RN, which is okay, but then she should have a high level of basic medical knowledge-like knowing that you cannot give kidney donors NSAIDs. I've asked for my deposit to be refunded and plan to go elsewhere. I'd love to recommend this practice, but I can't.
