It is located in an office building compound in Reston. There are two treatment rooms and a waiting area + checkout counter. Bathroom is outside the door but is maintained well and clean whenever I am there. They also have some skincare products for sale. The owner Venera is always patient to answer all my questions and concerns I have. Their extractions are top notch and I always leave the clinic with clean pores and glowy skin. I religiously take care of my skin at home so this is a monthly treat. I normally ask for microdermabrasion along with hydrafacial. Price is reasonable if you buy package deal. The only thing I wish they do differently is to cleanse the face with makeup remover gel/lotion of some sort before going straight for hydrafacial device. It seems a lot of people go there for laser hair removal too. I plan to try that one day.

I have only experienced The Sugaring here, but there is so much more that is offered here. I expect Rina is a master of all the services she provides here. I could hear the cheer in her voice as I was told about the Body Exfoliation and Thai Massage. I am sure the quality of both these services will be enjoyed by me when I visted this place soon. Called up, made an appointment for the weekend on a Thursday which was pretty nice. Good start... When I walked in there were 3-4 other people there. Somewhat small waiting area but it was comfortable. No one exactly showed me where to sit, nor offered me a glass of water (a paying customer got one..?). Ok, it's a small spa, I'm here for the massage anyways... I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:30 massage. Typical practice, especially when I'm new to the place. I sign in, fill out the paperwork, and wait as others go off to their treatments and others leave. At about 2:25, the hassle begins. The owner (or family member) asks me for my Groupon number again (I've never been hassled before a massage for this) and says that she can't find it. Oook...I have the email, I have the Groupon App, all say I've bought it. Another 10min goes by and she swears that it's been used. That's fine, except she had the list of every Groupon sold with people's names crossed out. It's obvious that either they're doing something wrong or jerking me around at this point. By 2:40, I was still sitting there. I asked if they wanted me to call Groupon Monday and reschedule (I was totally okay with it). At that point they said "it's ok, we'll take all of your information and check with Groupon". Ok......... At 2:45 I'm finally taken back to the treatment room. Nice room, shower in it, although it was a bit chilly and the blankets were thin. The therapist talked to me beforehand and I stressed I wanted a lot of attention/deep tissue on my upper back. By the time the massage starts, it's 2:53 (I looked for this exact purpose). Ok fine, I'll get to 3:43 with the 50min.... The massage begins and it was nothing to write home about. The woman just rubbed it seemed like and spent little attention on my back, didn't use any pressure (I asked, twice). She kept doing pressure points, lightly, and would hold them for 2-3min, wasting time. But, any massage is better than none and it was a Groupon, so I just went with it after the second time of asking her to press harder. Next thing I know, she's rubbing my hair around and then says she's done. It's 3:25. Um..What?!?! A 30min massage? I asked her if we were done, and she said yes. I asked her about the 50min part, she said that because we got started late, and there was a back-to-back appt, she had to end it. When I walked out to the front desk, all they could say was "oh we suddenly found the number". I tried to talk to the front desk about the time, no avail. All I got was "tip?". No, I'm not leaving a tip to someone who didn't listen to me and wouldn't try to extend my massage to what I paid for. The front desk can pay her extra if they really want. Not my job to provide for their services if they're bad. All in all, I asked Groupon for a refund and they happily gave it to me. Now I Yelp! before Groupon-ing, although this hasn't stopped me from buying others (the Serenity one was EXCELLENT) Two stars because of the ease of appt making and treatment rooms. I recently came in to get my arms, legs, and a Brazilian wax done and time flew by so fast because of our conversation. I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point during the waxing session (all of this came out to $170). Prices are extremely reasonable in my opinion. I used to go to one of the waxing chains in Ashburn, and I can definitely tell you that service + price at Voda Spa is way more deserving of my business. Heather also does facials :) I really hope to get a facial done by her sometime soon too. They sounded awesome when I asked her about them, and the fact they all include extractions to get all that gunky stuff out of your skin sounds appealing. In summary, reasonable prices, cozy environment, and excellent customer service. P.S. Weekends can be super hard to book with Heather, so if you need weekend appointments, book them at least 3 weeks in advance. Also, the door to enter Voda Spa is on the side of the building. There's a door outside that says "Voda Spa."
