Got it home and of course found some body work, now it's not the newest truck on the block so I could live with that. Upon further inspection found out that it was not only cosmetic work, but damage to the frame rail. And of course it had a "clean CARFAX" with no accidents. Now I'm going to have to take it to a body shop to get repaired

We were told they did an inspection and found nothing wrong with the car and we were presented a CarFax that indicated no accidents. Having those two things in place, we purchased the vehicle, paying close to $12,000 cash. Soon after giving the car to my daughter, the vehicle stopped working completely and showed errors. We had it towed to an Audi mechanic who did a diagnostic on the car. In almost not time, he found massive internal damage to the engine, requiring over $6000 in repairs. He also noted that the car had been in a massive accident and the frame had been welded and repaired. I alerted Clutch and they notified me that the sale was "as is". I do not know if they did or did not know about the damage. However, what is clear is that , as a consumer, you cannot have any confidence that the inspection done by Clutch is any good. You are investing your money into a process that, for us, has been painfully (and expensively) faulty. Pros: Sales person was nice. Their paperwork process was easy. Cons: Vehicle died in under 3000 miles. Total lost of investment in under 90 days.

I had the Sunrise Smash Burger special it was wonderful. Egg was running as it should all over the burger. Burger was cooked perfectly and hot and up together. Least than 5 minutes from when I ordered till I was sitting down enjoying this burger. Beside the restaurant there are so many other features to love the dealership about, Hair salon, Massage room, Quiet room, plenty of comfortable areas to enjoy as you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I have bought two trucks in the last 8 months from them and will do it again if I have a need for another vehicle. Needed a bigger truck to tow my Travel trailer so I had to step up from my 2022 Tacoma, With a standard 6 speed shift which I will miss so much, but not while towing the trailer. Bought a 2024 Tundra so we are looking forward to some long distance camping. Also this dealership proudly supports the Military organizations in the are and all First Responders. They sponsor the American legion Post 307 annual Armed Forces BBQ, This year on 18 May from 1100-1400, meal is $10.00. Come on out and support these worth while endeavors. Thank you Beaver Toyota once again.

Three Years of Frustration -- and Now Nearly $2,800 Lost…read more I've been a customer at Beaver Toyota in Cumming for about three years. I bought a car from them, which included free oil changes, so I've stuck with them for service. I've always rooted for this place, even when things were massively inconvenient. But today felt different -- like I was just being jerked around. Every oil change here turns into a 3-5 hour wait, even when they say it'll be two. One time, after an oil change, I ended up with a major oil leak. I had to add 4.5 quarts myself. I brought it back -- they said they couldn't find anything. Meanwhile, I had oil all over my garage and my friends' driveways. Eventually, they told me to take it to Porsche. Porsche removed the underbody panels and oil poured out. The damage was extensive. I paid over $2,700 to get it fixed. Their opinion? Someone at Beaver Toyota likely caused the issue during a prior oil change. I avoided going back -- until today. I scheduled another oil change and told them about everything that had happened. I was told it would be two hours. Two hours and twenty minutes later, the car hadn't even been started. An hour after that, still nothing. I asked about reimbursement and was told they weren't responsible. I asked to speak to the GM -- he wasn't there. They even asked for my paperwork from Porsche. I declined, in case this has to go to small claims. When I wouldn't share it, their manager said he'd just call Porsche himself to get it. I checked -- Porsche said absolutely not, and that they were aware of this individual's reputation. I don't think the staff are bad people -- they're friendly, and I've always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But there's a pattern of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and today crossed a line. I'm just a regular guy who's now out almost $2,800. That's a lot of money to me. It hurts. And it just doesn't feel right -- especially from a dealership that's expanding and clearly doing well. I don't want drama. I just want a resolution. And I don't want to feel like I've been taken advantage of sadly.

My experience with Nissan of Cumming over the past three weeks has been extremely disappointing --…read moreand the frustrating part is that it didn't have to be. The salesman I worked with was great: professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, everything that happened after the sale has been the complete opposite. When I purchased my 2024 Nissan Frontier, the online listing clearly showed the truck with a bed cover and included a price. Any reasonable buyer would assume the bed cover was part of the deal. After driving three hours to get there, I discovered the bed cover was missing. When I asked about it, the salesman told me I needed to speak with the GM, Alex. I had to leave before speaking with him, so I called afterward and left a voicemail. Despite this happening within the last three weeks, Alex has never returned my call and never answers when I'm transferred to him. During the negotiation, I was told they couldn't lower the price because of all the aftermarket add‑ons. One of those add‑ons was aftermarket fog lights -- which don't work. When I brought the truck back to have them fixed, the dealership told me they couldn't do anything about it. So they were willing to charge more for aftermarket upgrades, but not willing to stand behind them. I also asked them to check the headlights because the right‑side beam was too high. Their service report claimed they adjusted it. Once I got home, I immediately saw they had done nothing. I know this because I performed the standard 25‑foot wall test the night before and again afterward -- the beam was exactly the same. Between the misleading listing, the lack of communication, the refusal to take responsibility for the add‑ons they used to justify the price, and the fact that they documented work they clearly didn't perform, I cannot recommend Nissan of Cumming. The salesman was great, but the dealership's management and service department showed poor communication, poor service, and zero accountability.

This software part was on back order and I was put in a rental for 6 months. I tried to ask for updates and my calls were ignored specifically by Christian and Zach. I even showed up unannounced in hopes of getting an answer and I was told "Christian was unavailable" . I just got my jeep back yesterday and was also told it was going to be detailed for the inconvenience...it was covered in pollen, clearly hadn't been washed since I dropped it off, and definitely not "detailed". The entire service department acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to pick up my vehicle. There's also a scape near my back left tire that I know for a fact was not there before and I am unable to get it off. This dealership is awful, especially the service department. Only positive experience was the rental department. I will make sure to let people know not to bring any vehicles here or buy from here.

It took several days for anyone to see if the parts were in stock or needed to be ordered. I heard back from them that it was ready to install (don't know if it was in stock the whole time or not}. I am located 2 hours away. I made the appointment and went down today. They were trying to charge more than the estimate and I asked Linda why. She went in the back and then a woman came out ready for a fight. She immediately jumped down my throat. Not sure if I am spelling her name correctly but it was Rahel something. I think she was the manager of the collision department. She said that the price is the price and it didn't matter what Greg quoted. We were arguing in loud voices. I asked several times if Greg was there but she would not call him out. My sister was there and could not believe what a witch Rahel was. It was truly amazing how bad she verbally attacked me. She yelled that her estimate was correct and it was what it was. My blood pressure was sky high. It wasn't the dollar amount of the increase but the fact that she refused to honor the estimate. While we were fighting loudly in the entry, Linda went back and got Greg. Greg came out and explained to Rahel why the price was what it was and she stormed off. Rahel has no business interfacing with customers. Absolutely horrific. Linda took over who was trying to be accommodating. When I came back to pick up the car I inspected the grill. The painted part of the little bumper was not even the right color of the car. It is not even in the same color palette. I was so frustrated with how I was treated by Rahel and to avoid another episode, I didn't even mention it.
