They kept me at the dealership all day when I bought a new car from them. I have been trying to forgive them for that since it was years ago but the service dept has been a mixed bag, perpetuating the low standards of the business. Most recently after ordering tires and making an appointment weeks in advance, receiving multiple appointment reminders, taking a day off from work, driving 1.5hrs, dropping my car off and leaving for lunch, Andean calls and says the tires aren't there. So an entire day of my time and wages spent on Andean because of their disorganization. Totally unacceptable. The best part was when the service manager told me not to drive so far for an appointment. "You know some people buy the car here and get service done somewhere closer to home." This is actually the second service manager who has recommended I go somewhere else after buying a brand new car from them, all because I demand basic, basic customer service. I'll be back for my free oil changes! Stop wasting my time. Keep your appointments, verify that parts have arrived, communicate with half a brain. Buyer Beware: Questionable Integrity at Andean Chevrolet While my experience with Andean Chevrolet started off well -- I found the vehicle I wanted, and my salesperson (Mark) was responsive and easy to work with -- a series of issues at the end of the deal has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the dealership's integrity. First, I paid to have the front windows tinted as part of the vehicle prep. When we picked up the car, my wife and I both suspected the tint hadn't been done. Mark repeatedly insisted it had -- until we pushed hard enough that he finally admitted it hadn't been completed. Only then did he offer to schedule the tinting. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable and erodes trust. Second, we had a "we owe" agreement for all-weather floor mats and a cargo tray, with a clear plan: use the GM rewards I earned from this vehicle purchase, and the dealership would cover the rest. But when my wife went to pick them up, we discovered that not only were the new reward points used, but they also pulled $175 in points I had earned prior to this transaction -- without consent. While Mark acknowledged the mistake and escalated it to the sales manager, we've yet to receive any resolution or reimbursement. In both cases, the dealership's actions suggest a willingness to mislead and avoid accountability. If you choose to do business here, be extremely cautious. Get everything in writing, verify what you're told, and check your accounts closely. However my 22 Silverado that I bought NEW from them has had to many issues to count! they can't seem to fix it more than 2 months at a time without me being stranded broke down on the side of the road and something else wrong with it! The service department marks up parts and labor by 300% easy and my vehicle is my livelihood with my business and I cannot work without it! I put a substantial down payment on a 2025 Chevy Equinox from Andean Chevrolet (Cumming, GA). Less than two weeks later, the service engine light came on. Two months later, the car has been in the shop over six times, and I'm told it's "a different code" every time. I've worked with the general sales manager, my sales rep, a service advisor, and finance manager (who genuinely tried), but every request to speak with the owner or upper management has been denied. The General Motors company later told me a certified technician should have been brought in after the second issue, and that has not happened to my knowledge. They've had my vehicle for over three weeks, and I've had to make two car payments on a car I can't even drive. After reading the reviews for this car dealership, I had very high hopes of being able to work with them as I am from another state. I found the vehicle I wanted so I reached out. Someone responded immediately, I made a cash offer of $1500 less than what they were asking because that was all the money I had to spend on a vehicle. He came back and said they couldn't help me. After further research I realized that they had the vehicle priced almost $1000 over the fair market value for that make and model. Still wanting the vehicle, I came back with a higher offer. He just stopped responding altogether as if I was bothering him. I sent him two or three more texts telling him time was of the essence and when he didn't respond I told him that I had found a vehicle at a local dealership so I was no longer interested and thanked him for his time. He immediately responded and said "I'm glad you found what works for you, thanks for your time." He was not interested in my $19000 cash whatsoever. Went to a dealership to buy a used truck because I did not want to get taken advantage of by a private sale. Should have stayed with private individuals as Andean Chevrolet took advantage of this 66 year old lady. I've had to replace the lower oil gasket on the oil pan (dripping oil) and replace the rear brakes, rotors and calipers. Andean indicated they had replaced the front brakes but why they did not do the back brakes, I do not understand other than just didn't want to pay for the cost. Also, parts were missing from one of the two emergency brakes (shoe & lining). Extremely disappointed in my sales guy and the service department. All this had to be known before they sold this vehicle to me as it should have been very easy to identify on a pre-purchase / trade-in inspection. Guess you all don't want my repeat business or my friends / family business either. I brought my vehicle in for repairs with the expectation that the issue would be addressed and resolved. after receiving the call from dealer saying my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup - i went to dealer paid the bill and on my way home the same issued occurred after I just paid to have it fix - I had to abandon my vehicle at a store parking lot to have it towed backed to dealer the next day to have them- diagnose and tell me what's wrong - they called saying it was totally something else and I would be paying a tow bill and more diagnostic fee? They told me the battery cable was loose - was this a miss diagnosis the first time? - or did tech leave battery cable post loose when he did first initial repair - kind of strange? This is unacceptable and I feel that I am being unfairly charged for services that were not performed. Service Advisor helping me on this matter was Chris. Let me start by saying I didn't have a bad experience with Andean dealership. They seem to be honest and sell good quality vehicles. The day I came out to look at vehicles, the owner even came out to speak with me a little. It just wasn't 5 stars, which for the largest purchase of my life, I did kind of expect. It's the small considerations and touches that really make customers feel valued and taken care of. I only have one other experience with buying a vehicle, and while it wasn't a perfect experience, they did pay attention to me and made sure everything was perfect before I drove away. I drove three hours to get to Andean to pick up my vehicle. This would have been the second trip I made. I text to let my salesperson know I was an hour out even though we had an appointment scheduled. I wanted to be courteous and give a heads up on our arrival. When I get there, he was busy with another person. We finalized all the paperwork and got my things out of my trade in. It was raining cats & dogs, so I can understand not wanting to stand out there in the weather explaining all the gadgets in my vehicle, but he did say he would make sure everything was connected, and I kind of expected that. It didn't happen. Future suggestion, maybe pull the vehicle into a bay or covered area? I didn't really look the vehicle over because of the weather and just trusted all was well. I was left in the rain to figure out where the wipers were, connect my phone, pull up the map navigation and talk with OnStar, as I was told to just push the blue button. I also noticed the gas wasn't even full. It was half a tank with my three hour drive ahead of me. Like I said, it's the little things that really make a big difference. For all this, I would have left a 4 star review. I'm really an easy going customer. When I get home, I try to finish setting up my truck. I notice my oil life is at 25%. At the time of purchase , I was told to sign a paper stating my salesperson reviewed the maintenance schedule with me, so I did with the expectation that we would talk about it after I signed the 25 other papers we had to get through. We never did. I did call and inquire about what the issue was. If the vehicle was serviced in January like they said it was, how could the oil life be at 25%? I was told the technician probably just didn't reset it. I was given directions on how to reset it myself. Another small attention to detail that was overlooked. The next issue I discovered was my back floor mats were missing. I did follow up and inquired about this. I know they had my vehicle detailed, so I just figured they forgot to put them back in. I would've been cool with them sending them to me, but I was told the truck didn't come with back mats, Or maybe the customer removed them? Or sometimes the dealership throws them away if they are in bad shape. I feel like I was being gaslit a little at this point. The carpet has imprints where the mats were. There were definitely mats back there. My vehicle only has 5,000 miles and the front mats are premium and pristine. The back looks like it has never even been used. The vehicle was also fully loaded. No way did it not come with some kind of mat back there. Like I stated, not a horrible experience, but it definitely is far from a 5 star rating. Maybe you can take this feedback and make other customers feel a bit more valued in the future. Remember, it's the small considerations that really matter. I'm a single mother trying to put her daughter through school, so, I'm not rich, but it's hard-working customers that are the majority. traveled 3 hours from Warner Robins GA to pick up a 2024 Chevy Corvette! got there bought the car, customer service was good. I noticed a billing issue a couple of days later. I called my sales rep and left a detailed voice message. Still no call back one week later. then I called the finance manager and left a detailed voice message. Still No call back one week later. It is apparent to me that this car dealership is only interested in helping customers buy cars not Work Out issues or just try to make sure that the customer is a happy customer after the sale so they will do more business with them in the future. Started looking for a trail blazer with certain features on 9/20 and started working with Justin Barr on 9/21 and he said he found the vehicle like I wanted in transit in Brunswick and I told him I would come test drive a white one on Friday 9/23 like the one that was in transit to see if I wanted it and I did so I put a deposit of $500 down for me to have first dibs on it when it's ETA arrival was going to be 10/04. I receive a text stating that the car I had put the deposit on was already sold, but wasn't showing up as sold and they would mail me a check for the deposit I put down. Needless to say I didn't receive a check so on 9/30 I called them and they asked me to wait until Wednesday (10/05) for my check to be in the mail. On 10/05 I was called saying the check had been returned and I could come pick it up. I picked up my check on 10/08/22. This was the worst service I ever received and they didn't even try to make it right. They just didn't care and it showed. They said it could take months to find a car like I wanted and there would be no grantees. If they cared and really wanted to help me they would have tried to keep my business and offered me a better deal with a better discount. The discount I would have gotten using my supplier discount wasn't even really that much of a discount first of all. I wouldn't recommend doing service with Andean ever! read more

She had an Appt at noon: but is being told they must keep the car overnight. No loaners, no rentals and they call the day of the appointment an hour before the Appt to confirm? So, you show for your scheduled Appt and it takes 25 minutes to get checked in. The question is asked "what time will I be updated"? Their response - "some times tomorrow"!! Isn't that wonderful! We have been Chevrolet buyers for over 32 years now. We have always had good experiences. We ended up at Andean because of a promotion they were advertising. Of course, the promotion was not really a promotion at all. we should have walked away at that moment but unfortunately we continued with the purchase. I feel they were not very honest from start to finish. In fact I began to recognize how cleverly our sales person would answer questions without actually answering our questions. I feel like I was duped by this dealership. We are very sorry we did business with them. We love our car, we just don't like all the broken promises and dismissiveness in their attitude. We bought a fully loaded Chevrolet Colorado Z71 4WD Crew Cab today from Andean.. Eric Frost helped me all along the way and it was a pleasure to deal with him.. He took me even for a 15 minute test drive which included the freeway and the inner roads, to let me have a full feel of the truck before I made my decision... Other dealers like Toyota took me for a 2 minute ride around the corner and back to their parking lot.. He was very easy to communicate with and we were offered a great price on the truck compared to at least 5 other Chevrolet dealers whose prices I was tracking online for the similar models.. The truck came loaded with extra accessories and I added quite a few more.. Eric was very informative and went over all the features with us in very minute details which was good as I would have to have opened to manual otherwise with the number of extra options on the dashboard We traded in our old Honda and that also worked out great.. Lauren was able to get a better deal on the financing that the existing quote that I had from a Credit Union.. The lifetime bumper to bumper warranty offer was also offered at a great price. I had gone in there with my family ( wife and 3 year old daughter ) knowing it would be a long day.. They made sure that my daughter felt like it was home... I met the service manager Jeremy also who was very nice in explaining most of the service related stuff and mileage etc.. They are nice over the phone but didn't surprise me at all. It was all for show they will run your credit say you are approved then sell the car you are there for while also leaving you on hold. By the way this was a waste of 3 days. I really don't understand why dealerships have to run your credit but don't sale you the car. Sons new truck starts having intermittent engine light coming on and off. He calls service department, described the issue. He is told he needs an appointment, Makes it. I bring it in and am immediately told it will be two days or so before they can get to it. They are busy. I asked why I needed an appointment for today if they will not get to it for two days? Well..... They they say since light is not on then, they can't diagnose problem. Then they pull off a historical record of engine codes, but since they are not dated, they can't tell what the problem might be. Um, there are only 6 line item on the report, how difficult can it be? The level of incompetence, lack of problem solving, and service mentality is incredible. Their answers to questions make you wonder how they get by on a daily basis. I have been buying new cars since 1968 and I would say I have plenty of experience with the process of purchasing. Well I thought I had seen it all until I went to Andean. When I walked in I was greeted by Brain Davenport who was extremely helpful and has a truly good knowledge of the vehicles in his inventory. We came to an agreement and off I was to the dreaded aftermarket and paper singing office. Once again I was pleasantly surprised when I got to meet Kenny Jordan, Jr who now I refer to as Mr. Bowtie man. This man is one of the finest gentlemen I've had the pleasure to work with; there was no pressure, as you know there can be if you have been to another dealership. This time after going through the sale and signing I walked out happy and was able to really enjoy my new truck. About four weeks after the sale date I went back to the dealer because there were a couple of things I had noticed on the truck that needed to be addressed. The repairs were not the fault of the dealer; the truck came from the factory with these items in need of repair. Because they were a factory issue I wasn't sure how this was going to go. That's when I met Mike Correll, the service manager. I braced myself for the worst, it turned out that Mike was as nice as the rest of the employees. He looked at what I thought should be repaired and agreed that it was the fault of GM. Then he called Clint Grindle from counter sales to look at the damage, another nice person. Clint told me that the salesmen (Brain Davenport) needed to come out and take a look at what was going on and talk about how Andean would handle this. Within five minutes they had all repairs resolved as to how it was going to be done. It took three days for the repairs to be completed and at no time was I without my truck. I can't say enough good about this location. My husband and I were driving from Auburn, AL through to Dawsonville, GA. We drove over something on the road. We weren't sure what damage it did to the car, but we know that we were losing tire pressure. Dave Lawhorne put air in the tire to hold it so my husband could take me to Dawsonville. My husband then went back to have the car checked out. Dave put it up on the rack, checked things out, told us what got hit and what was wrong. He loaded up the pressure again and thankfully sent us on our way. Yes, we still need to replace the rims and have the tires balanced. But because they checked the car, we knew it was safe to drive home. Oh, and the cost? Zero, zip, nothing. Because according to Dave, they didn't do anything.
