Troncalli has my new car ready for pick up in Cumming, Georgia.

The mark of a great business is made by leadership working in tandem with its team towards providing the best products and the highest customer service. Such was my experience working with General Manager Clifford Rudd and Troncalli CDJR staff of Keith McCaleb, D.J.Welks, and Madison Worley. They were professional, and it was a seamless process. Troncalli's team heard and matched my needs and financial budget. Also, as a 9/11 survivor recently diagnosed with cancer from the toxic dust cloud at Ground Zero, they were sensitive and kind. Need a car or truck, new or used? Call Troncalli, you'll be in the company of family and friends, with the utmost care. Thank you, Troncalli! In gratitude. Kayla Bergeron

We bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with the 3rd row. The vehicle is great, but so was the buying experience. We used their online trade in valuation tool and ended up trading in 2 of our cars for the new one. James was a great salesman who got the deal done for us easily. This is our 4th Jeep purchase from Troncalli and have been very pleased.

All I can say is what a great dealership! Easiest car buying experience ever. I helped my in-laws buy a new 2019 Grand Caravan and saved almost $10k off the sticker. I submitted an Internet inquiry which got me connected with James Segnitz in Internet Sales and he quoted me the price which was the same as the online price. When we came into the dealership a week or so later, James had the day off so he connected me with his colleague Tyler Gordon. Tyler is a friendly and knowledgeable sales person and has a nice Viper if you are an enthusiast. Tyler made the process smooth as butter and everything was transparent, no hidden fees or "gotchas." The dealership itself is beautiful, the outside reminds me of a ski lodge. They seem to carry quite a few Jeeps, especially those that have modifications for true off-road use. The ski lodge theme definitely fits in! During this crazy COVID times, the dealership is following all protocols for a safe experience. If you need a car, definitely get in touch with Tyler or James.

Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited from them. Came back the next day to pick it up and there were scratches on the plastic chrome grill. Did not notice until about a month later while washing it. After careful research and taking close looks at photos of the day we came to the dealership and did the paperwork and took some selfies in front of it, there was NO DAMAGE to the grill at that time. The pics taken of the truck after picking it up the VERY NEXT day clearly show the damage. Yes I know... It's been a while and I feel nothing will be done about it but proof is in the photos. I would post them but... me and my wife are in them. So Im just posting the actual scratches. I'm just putting it out there that this happened between the time I signed papers and the next day of coming in to pick it up.

My trade in been sale for a lot more.

I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.

Blatant Dishonesty and Deceptive Paperwork - Do Not Trust Their Word…read more had an extremely frustrating and dishonest experience at this dealership. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry for $20,000 with 120,000 miles. Before finalizing the deal, they verbally assured me that all known issues--specifically the O2 sensors, an engine oil pan leak, a rough engine vibration with fluctuating RPMs, and a broken seat mechanism--had already been fully repaired and taken care of. Trusting their word, I signed the closing paperwork. That was a complete lie. In less than 300 miles of driving--before I even used half a tank of gas--the Check Engine Light (Code P22AB) popped back on, the engine started vibrating roughly at idle with unstable RPMs, and I realized none of the promised repairs were actually done. When I looked closely at their internal service recommendation sheet, it turned out they had quietly snuck the O2 sensors, the leaking oil pan ("REC RESEALING OIL PAN. LEAKING OIL"), the engine idle concerns, and the broken seat into a document listed only as "recommendations," completely contradicting everything they promised me in person! When I brought this back to their attention, they simply shrugged it off and hid behind "you signed the paper." They lied to my face verbally to close the sale on a $20,000 transaction, knowing full well the car had active fault codes that would fail State Emissions alongside an active oil leak, engine idle issues, and a broken seat, and then used disclosure tricks in the paperwork stack to cover themselves. DO NOT trust a single verbal promise from their sales team. Get every single repair verified in writing before signing anything. This is a deeply shady and untrustworthy way to treat customers. I will be reporting this deceptive practice to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. Buyer beware!

He even asked if I would like to drive it on the highway--unlike other dealerships I visited that only offered a quick test drive around the block.I knew that God had handpicked this car for me. That morning, I had prayed for a white Honda CR-V with a tan interior and low mileage, between the years 2019 and 2023. It turned out a gentleman had traded in exactly that vehicle this past May with very low mileage. It was in impeccable shape! When we sat down to talk numbers, I was firm on my out-of-the-door budget. Through Jason's guidance and the dealership's leadership, they managed to get very close to my target price. I also received a fair trade-in value for my old car.Since the purchase, I have been back to ask a few questions about the vehicle's many special features. I've also called the front desk multiple times, but I still haven't received any real assistance or clear answers. It's very frustrating because I feel like the priority was making the sale rather than standing behind the vehicle afterward. I purchased this car expecting honesty, good customer service, and support if an issue arose--especially one that was known before the sale. Instead, I've been left with an unresolved safety-related sensor issue and no communication. This has been one of the most disappointing car-buying experiences I've ever had. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to take further action because I'm not getting the help I was promised. I simply want the dealership to honor its commitment and repair the issue they knew about before selling me the vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lou Sobh Kia Service Center…read more I called over a week in advance and, on two separate occasions, spoke with different service advisors who both told me the recall work would take around 45 minutes to 1.5 hours total. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment for the following week. When my wife arrived with her van, she was told the repair would actually take 4+ hours and that they did not have the part available. That was the first major issue, especially since we had already been notified by Kia about the recall and made the appointment well in advance. When my wife told me what was happening, I called the number provided by the service advisor and was sent to voicemail. I then called the main line and was sent to another voicemail. I called again and finally reached a different service advisor, who transferred me to a manager, only for me to hit yet another voicemail. I called back again and spoke with another advisor, who then told me they needed 45 minutes to an hour just to inspect the vehicle and confirm whether the recall work was needed before ordering the part. At that point, I asked if they could either provide my wife with a loaner or bring the vehicle up so she could leave. I was told they would need to do the inspection first. I declined because I was not going to have my wife wait around for an hour just to be told the work was needed, especially when Kia had already notified us of the recall, and then have to wait again for the part to be ordered, plus another 4+ hours for the repair. We drove over an hour to this location because of the positive reviews, but the experience was extremely frustrating. Between the drive there and back, the gas, the time off our schedule, and roughly 20 minutes of phone calls trying to get a straight answer, this was a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, my wife noticed other customers dealing with similar communication issues for different vehicles and concerns, and management did not appear to be responding to them either. The biggest issue here was the lack of communication and preparation. If the part was not available, or if the appointment was only for an inspection rather than the actual recall repair, that should have been clearly explained before we drove all the way there. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience, and we will not be returning.
