Aesthetically, this looks like an old doctor's office converted to a "spa", to the point when my husband arrived he asked me where I found this place. If you have to use the bathroom they give you a key and it's a dingy shared bathroom in the hallway of the shared office space. The massage room leaves a lot to be desired, they have "relaxing" music playing from a phone on YouTube which gets interrupted by ads or other sounds. You can hear all of the city's sounds during your relaxing massage aka car honking and sirens. The masseuses were good, they check on you to see if you're ok, maybe not overly friendly but that's ok. At the end, when it came time to pay, the receptionist asks if you want to tip, I say yes, expecting a receipt I can write a tip, but she says no just tell me what you want to leave. They should use a different system, it's awkward to announce to a room the tip you're leaving. Overall, the actual massage was pretty good, at some points the towels were too hot and too much pressure for me, but I could have said something. I don't think I would return, but it was an experience.

They clearly don't understand that people work M-F and that canceling is unprofessional and they offered little to no flexibility. I don't recommend.

They have amazing availability (my appointment was at 730am). There was 1 person ahead of me but I had no wait. I filled out a quick survey on an iPad for medical history. Lara did my skin exam and she was super thorough and I felt really comfortable asking her questions and asking her to check different spots. Elizabeth was really helpful in writing down all the recommendations and explaining how to use the recommendations with my current skin routine. Btw their recommendations were mostly prescription products not the skincare products that other derms get commissions for selling. Scheduling was amazing (they have a texting system). I always procrastinate my annual skin exam and usually skip it because I hate scheduling and waiting at doctors' offices, but Schweiger Derm made it so easy and fast. The front desk staff in particular provides great customer service and are very easy to contact when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email.
