I've been a patient at Entière since it first opened and have been seeing Dr. Levin and now Dr. Leger also. The high quality care and experience here just cannot get any better. The staff are welcoming, the in-office product selection is excellent and the physicians take time to listen and give you the best treatment plan for whatever your needs are. Botox, laser, acne treatment -- Entière does it all and does it so well. My skin routine changed quite a bit pre/during/post pandemic, but Drs. Levin and Leger have kept my skin routines (e.g. products, treatments, check ups) updated and have quickly shut down any issue that has popped over the years! I've been seeing Dr. Leger for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier! Whether you're going for just skincare or a lil extra curricular (tox, etc) she is just wonderful! A happy, relaxed, not pushy, kind person, who actually listens, and gives great personalized recommendations (even if it's not quite what you want to hear). (Ex: I asked what I can do for my under eyes, despite knowing I have allergies, etc which worsen the dark circles and slight hollowness. She did NOT recommend filler because the skin is too thin. No real solution in my case, but what can you do.) For extra curriculars she leans towards natural and conservative, but the follow-up helps! The front desk staff was amazing. do not waste your time here. Dr. L is super condescending, rude, and only after $$$$$. She also did not look at or touch my skin, which I found a little strange as she is a dermatologist? There are so many better doctors in the city that will actually take their time with you and tailor a plan to YOU that works. She wanted me to book a laser that did not address my concerns complete with EXOSOMES (not FDA approved) , but the one that did was less expensive so she shyed away from that So disappointed ! I came all the way from California to get my lips done. Since it was my first time getting them done, I knew I had to get it from someone who was certified and knew EXACTLY what to do with what I wanted. First off, the place is just so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing - I could definitely take my Instagram pictures here!! I've always been fairly low maintenance with my skincare & cosmetic routine, but as I get older I've been trying to take better care of myself. I first went into Entiere for an annual skin exam, but have found myself going more and more through the years. Dr. Levin not only cares for my needs, but also educates me on other things happening in my body and how they may be interconnected, whether its my skin, hair, or allergies. She also respects my minimal style, only making small tweaks to my morning/evening routines to keep it quick and easy, but with better results and products that feel amazing on my skin. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Levin and the entire staff at Entiere. Dr. Levin is, first and foremost, masterful with tox appointments. During my first appointment for Xeomin, we discussed what lines I liked and didn't, how much we were going to soften the ones that needed addressing, and she advised me on what we could do to make sure the work looked as natural as possible by balancing upward and downward movement. The result was amazing. She took her time looking at how my face pulls while emoting to figure out exactly where I needed each injection and explained everything along the way. She also gave me plenty of warning when she was going to inject areas that would be more sensitive, like right along the hairline. But the appointment was even better than I could have imagined. My eyebrows are uneven -- one arches much higher than the other -- and Dr. Levin asked if it was something I wanted to correct. I hadn't even known that you could. She used the Xeomin to even out my eyebrows to the one I preferred more, and I can't believe I didn't know this was possible sooner. At the two-week follow-up, she found some areas that she wasn't happy with and did a couple more injections at no extra cost. Since that first appointment, it's like she almost knows my face better than I do. I've never needed more injections at the two-week follow-ups because she learned exactly where I needed them with that first session. Their additional safety policies during the pandemic have also been above and beyond, and I've felt perfectly safe going in for my appointments. Everyone is wearing masks, there are no extra people in the office, and you email them your temperature the morning of so they can ensure everyone is healthy. On top of all that, every single staff member is extremely nice and they all go above and beyond to make you feel at home and ease your nerves (if you're nervous about new procedures like I was). I absolutely loved my consultation with Dr. Leger-- she is possibly the most personable and friendly physician I've ever had. I had a sneaking suspicion that I had impetigo (my self-diagnosis based on my memory of an episode of Season 4 of America's Next Top Model). How I got impetigo remains a mystery, but we did bond a bit discussing its pathophysiology. Dr. Leger confirmed the diagnosis, got my prescription sent to my pharmacy and we had some great follow-ups to keep track of the progression and the effectiveness of the medication. First and foremost, Dr. Levin, her staff, and the space are a unique find in NYC. I have seen Dr. Levin for a variety of treatments, which include skin care (acne and discoloration), Botox, Kybella, and fillers. When I spoke with Dr. Levin about my concerns and skin regiments, she proficiently addressed all my questions followed by effective suggestions for various treatments and vamped up my daily skincare routine. She mapped out skincare routines for both my mornings and evenings which has transformed my skin entirely. Dr. Levin has a unique approach to her work by collaborating great attention to detail with an artistic eye -- combining both medicine, aesthetics, and sculpting to create natural and effortless results. Dr. Levin used Kybella for the fat under my chin which produced a slimmer neck and jawline. To further "chisel out" my jaw and cheekbones, she used Juvederm Voluma XC. This created a sharp projection that accentuated my natural profile. But I would say my favorite procedure Dr. Levine performed on me was for my lips by using Juvederm Volbella XC, which corrected the asymmetry on both the upper and lower lip, while giving them a more youthful and fuller appearance. Recently my PCP joked that I see my dermatologists more than I see him and that is absolutely true because I love Dr. Levin! She is so smart and knowledgeable; and one thing I like about her is that she is upfront but won't force you to do anything you don't want to do. I received a HALO treatment from her recently and it was life changing from the experience to the results. First she used a machine to scan my face to show the status of my skin - wrinkles, texture, etc. I also told her I had events the next three days so she adjusted the intensity for my treatment slightly so that I would still see results but I would still be presentable the next day. She gave me lengthy instructions on how to care for myself skin afterwards and a lot of product samples to take with me. I had the pleasure of visiting this office when I was in town from California. I was interested in masseter botox because I suffer from SEVERE TMJ. I was referred by a friend to visit Dr. Melissa Levin's office and was blown away about how clean and organized the office was. The staff greeted me and made sure I was comfortable before I walked in for my appointment. I was seen by Dr. Levin herself and before she administered my Botox she took ample time to educate me about what Botox does and it's effects. She recommended 30 units on each side to start and told the price of each units and the overall price right after. I felt super comfortable and safe being given this treatment and I feel significantly better from TMJ and now have a MUCH slimmer face (a bonus of course!) I have has issues with terrible derm's for as long as i can remember. i moved to the city over a year ago and i am SO happy i found Entiere. i have plaque psoriasis and Dr. Finney got it under control immediately with Tremfya. i recently got strep throat and had an outbreak of Guttate psoriasis. I immediately met with Dr. Marie Leger who is just amazing. We are working on getting it under control and I am so happy with the results already. Being covered in uncomfortable red plaques during the summer is clearly not ideal and she has been so helpful and responsive and always get me an appointment when needed. we are on a new treatment plan and its already clearing up. im so thankful. During the pandemic, I decided to get my skin analyzed by Dr. Levin for rosacea. I have always had this minor pink blemish in patches throughout my life, but wasn't quite sure what to do about it. I contacted Dr. Levin's office to make an appointment virtually (since there was no in person visits at the time, plus I live in Orange County, CA). It was impressive that the staff and Dr. Levin had adapted to this online service so quickly since I had made the appointment for May 2020 (two months after the shutdown for us in OC). Directions were extremely clear on how to log onto the platform, to register my information and then to take photos of all sides of my face, uploading it onto an app for Dr. Levin to view. On the day of my appointment, a staff member contacted me through a private medical zoom call, checked me in and then Dr. Levin met with me on the call to go over my skin issues. She prescribed some topical creams for the rosacea, sending the prescriptions to a pharmacy within my state, then made recommendations on other creams, moisturizers and sunscreen for my skin condition. Within months I could see results of the routine Dr. Levin had suggested. My only regret is I was not able to go in person for my appointment. Another thing to note is that I needed extra paperwork from my appointment for my FSA transaction, and when I contacted staff, they were very prompt and responding and getting the paperwork to me via email. I lead the way and now my entire family sees Entiere. I am prone to Squamous cell carcinoma and therefore who I trust with my skin checks, prevention (Efudex), biopsies and treatment is paramount. When I call in a panic because I feel or see something concerning, they fit me in immediately. While I mostly see Dr Levin, at some point I or my family have been treated by Drs Ledger and Finney. It is a rare find when all three partners are of equal excellence. Now for the fun part I.e. the cosmetic procedures! Dr Levin's approach is light handed. I am 57 and I have no intention of looking 37 but I do want to look the best I can for my age...Enter Dr Levin and her magic hands and detailed eye: I am on a regular protocol of Botox and Radiesse and recently tried Genius RF microneedling ( the laughing gas was well --- a GAS!) and love the results (and by the way, so does my husband who admires how great my skin looks). And, I can not forget to mention the staff: the medical assistants and the front desk receptionists could not be kinder or more accommodating. Having reached my mid 40's without ever doing any real facial skin care or cosmetic routine I decided to set up a consultation with Dr. Finney in order to get a professional opinion on what options are out there and what steps I should take. During our consultation he laid out a comprehensive game plan that, quite honestly, sounded overwhelming since I had never done anything like it before. However, he settled my nerves by answering all my questions in language that I could understand and never made me feel rushed. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind and made me feel like I was in great hands. So I made the commitment and agreed to get started. The process required a couple appointments and during the first one we did Botox injections and Juvederm Vollure. The second appointment was for Kybella and also Lutronic LaseMD. Both appointments lasted about one hour and none of these procedures were painful...just some short, mild discomfort. Additionally, there was no bruising or pain in the days following the procedures, only some mild swelling. The full affect of these procedures takes a little while to settle in but I can honestly say I'm thrilled with the results! I just went back last week for my follow-up consultation and upon seeing the 'Before and After' pics it really is amazing to see the transformation. My skin looks so much healthier and refreshed. My face looks fuller and the Kybella really made a difference under my chin. I'm glad I took the step but I'm even happier I took it with Dr. Finney. This review has been long overdue. I went to two appointments. One for medical and the other cosmetic. Should have learned my lesson the first time around. Both times I went, the elevator was out of order, and had to use the stairs (mind you, it's on the 9th fl.) The front desk staff, and Medical Assistant were very kind and apologetic about it though, but that's where the positive experience ended. Now for Dr. Levin... As soon as she walked in, the entire appointment felt rushed, like she had somewhere else to be. I thought maybe it was just me, and told myself I'll give it another try. The second appointment I went to was for a promotion they were having for Botox. That appointment was the last straw for me. When she came in into the room, it was even more rushed. She also thought it was appropriate and professional to reprimand staff during my appointment (NOT cool). Once she examined my face for where I would be injected, she didn't mention a word about cost (Price was $750 in the end) whatsoever. She just told her MA what to give her and started injecting away. Given, I probably should of hit the brakes right then but it all happened so fast. I barely got a word in and she was on to the next. Always making it seem like she had somewhere else better to be. For the prices she charges, and the lack of professionalism, don't waste your time. Plenty of other places with better doctors and manners! I'm not sure how she gets any positive reviews. I went to see Dr. Levin for changes that I've noticed since having a baby. Fast forward three years. I'm a full time working mom and I've tried working out and eating healthy but there are stubborn areas of fat that I can't seem to get rid of. For me it's about feeling healthy and fit so after a considerable amount of research I decided to see Dr. Levin for a body sculpting consultation. Dr. Levin is honest, breaks down what technology and science exists for body sculpting, gives clear expectations, clearly cares, and curates a personalized plan. I felt confident in her and her team. I went in and was treated the same day. Her team created the best experience which I never expected from a physician office. They ordered lunch and a smoothie for me and were thoughtful of my work schedule and my conference calls that I took right in the room during my treatment. This was my first time going to a dermatologist. I have several spots that have developed on my face and I wanted to have them checked. Dr. Levin was friendly and very knowledgeable. She informed me that they were not pre-cancer spots, but if I wanted to, I could have them removed. I decided to move forward with the process and it was painless and easy - we did it during that same visit! She also provided me with a daily cleaning and care regiment for my face so that in the future, I wouldn't develop any additional spots. Had the same treatment elsewhere with much better results, a lot more affordable (with a board cert plastic surgeon) and more attention to detail.
